I hope my journey into mountain biking takes me to some of the places and races you show us. I am looking to try Big Bear this summer for my first time out on any type of park downhill. The only mountains I have done are Space Mountain and a couple of other trails out here in Thousand Oaks.... Keep it rolling!!!

Hey BK, Thanks for another great video man. I see them and it always amazes me how cool the scenery and the transitions plus the movement from one sequence to the next. It seems as if it went through story boarding like big budget films use. Then remembering how its only one guy with a camera strapped to his chest and let "nature takes it course". The part where your riding in the snow was so calming for me that it took me back 20 years to a time I rode through the Arizona desert on single track. I had separated from my buddies and was left to enjoy my own ride and felt the desert landscape and sounds of nature around me and my bike. Sorry for the long wind but i felt i had to share because just like previous videos, it takes my back to rides i have taken, and this one especially took me to that place in middle of the desert. Thanks again and more power to you. May your plans work out just as you envision them so we can all ENJOY THE RIDE.

Klondike is so much more challenging and complicated than riders expect. It's not as renowned as Porcupine or Ahab, but very much a tough place to ride. Great riding Brian!

It’s funny that the Bronson guy was getting you on the climbs, and you were kicking his but on an xc bike on the descents 😂 Some people buy bikes that play to their strengths, and some buy bikes that make them more confident in their weak areas I guess.
One way to beat the monotony is to get a pair of Aftershox headphones for the rides. You can listen to music and still hear everything since they do not go in your ear.
For BCBR you are going to want to be much more careful with hydration and nutrition. You will want to drink constantly. There are a few ways to get nutrition easier to get at. Try electrical taping the gel packs so you can just rip them off at the opening on your top tube. Cramping and dehydration are prevalent in BCBR, especially with how hot it can get.
Love watching this race. I know you have sponsors and such, but you should check out Scott's Twin-Lock system. You get lockout, climb, and descend modes. Pretty slick.

Nice, noticed using an Element bike computer. I previously used an Element bolt and loved it. But have since gone to a Garmin 935
