I would say take like 3-4 exercises from A and mix it with 2-3 exercises from B and C for 1 workout and do the same for the remaining exercises for your 2 other days I feel like A was most of ur volume in one workout
How much time you have for A workout? Thats like annihilate not stimulate. I would think 4-5 exercises for a session. I guess it depends on the goal yeh?
@@cairoking1231 how many punters that are gym exercisers have 90mins after or before work? It will take you longer if you do this at any 24/7 fitness. This gym is more specialized for performance more than anything else.
I mean, tbh you don’t have to do the wrist and teardrop variations, although their great workouts it’s not necessarily the main lifts. Do your own warm up, maybe 5-15 min and then do the box squat/barbell row 3 rounds 3 reps for 5 mins with a 1 min break. Should hopefully cut down the time!
Looks fun, I will do the medicine ball stuff n maybe some of the other movements. I been on body building workouts lately. Still do grappling focused lifts n still practice my striking. But lifting n pulling weight, has been 💯body building formula
Packing on muscle slowing you down on the mat? I used to be a big guy but I have cut a bit of muscle for smaller size a more speed and still have retained most of my strength.
@@hubriswonk no I still have my stamina, overall on all my main muscle grps. Just getting more strength n getting diced to the SoX. I know what I love to work on most on the gymS, but I can't just keep with same routines over n over or I'll get bored.
