Algorithm must have some fresh love for metal since 72 Seasons released. Generation of Stranger Things viewers checking it out and helping metal out. Probably. :p ooh look, a bong!
Kevin, I really appreciate your authenticity and the way you do your videos, you kick ass brother!! you’re an amazing metal musician and I appreciate everything that you do!! I really enjoyed these videos, this is an amazing collection!! 🤘🎸😎 Keep rockin’ and Stay Metal!! 🤘🤘
Just got a deal today, tattooed the homeboy for his marshall valvestate 8100 head today, he drove from out of state to come get a cover up so I hooked him the eff up.
maybe those duncan designed pickups are wired wrong, duncan design uses green wire as HOT, real duncans use black as HOT, duncan design pickups usually are pretty hot
On the Washburn issue you have there Kev , I'd suggest you to oil the board with the Dunlop fretboard oil the one with the brown label. Unfortunately ebony that hasn't dried up well enough in the factory before it gets used will shrink. Put on the oil and let it sit for a while, it might need a couple times in the span of 3 to 4 months before the issue is resolved.
its unfortunate what is happening with Jacksons QC department since fender bought them out. my rhoads i got in 2021 has so many flaws it shouldn't have left the factory. my older japanese made one from 2000 is perfectly build and solid.
I haven't had one Jackson from post 2002 that wasn't screwed up, and it was quite a few. Even my USA Corey Beaulieu 7 that I used to have was not good. Every fret was a razor blade when I got it, began sprouting pretty quick, and it just felt plasticy...like a Rock Band controller. I was pissed, and that was a real eye opener for me. All they are capitalizing on now is the name. Can't hide from the people sharing the issues they've had and continue to have now that we have so much social media to get the word out. Doesn't seem to be getting any better either.
@@KevinFrasard ya man its sad really, jackson was such a great company for many years. Lets hope Ibanez doesnt follow suit. Im a huge fan of the wizard 2 necks. My korean made ibanez is built for speed and flawless. Mind you its from 97.
It's bad enough that I'm pretty sure it's part of the reason Mick Thompson left Jackson which is saying something. Jackson has lost 2 big names the past year.
My 2003 pro series jackson Dinky, my 2008 pro series jackson KE3, and my Charvel desolation star are almost flawless to me. My 2015 RRXT had issues with the knobs falling off. My Jackson JS22-7 dinky and my JS3 bass flat out dudded on me after 6 or so months lol. It’s real hit and miss nowadays it seems.
I keep all my Floyds locked except for ONE Jackson, which has a nickel plating Setup, and had to modify the guitar so Trem could fit....but once you start collecting guitars, floyd quickly becomes a pain, and annoying to manage them all. I usually avoid buying them unless I Really like the guitar.
Oh damn bro i remember seeing the video of you unboxing that beast. I could feel your pain. I once bought a ltd v200 i think is what it was back in to 2000s. Waiting about a month for that thing i ut was fuuuuucked up wheb i got it. Fuck that i sent that shit back but the disappointment was real.
Those Duncan Designed pickups are underrated. I have a Distortion version & it kills. People think they are junk cause they aren't US made. I mean Duncans rule but Duncan Designed are a million times better than the crap you got on budget guitars 30 years ago.
I have a question since I’m a fella with a short ass pinky finger I can’t reach my low E string but I love Jackson’s I love ibanez because of there speedy necks like wizard neck I had a 2003 custom shop V and the Floyd rose I loved it I wish i could find another one but my question is how do you feel about the esp LTDs for someone who has smaller then a normal guitarist hands Kevin and how do you feel about EMGs that’s my second question
@kevin frasard If you understand your audience and who all your subscribers are, what they are into and what your subscribers enjoy, then that will be your way to understand your own algorithm that each of us youtubers have to figure out .. For example, the my guitars series was a winner cause everyone that watches you either plays in bands or plays instruments.. or they wished they knew how to play so they love you.. Aswell as the rarity of being a body builder and a guitar player is kinda not the normal, so embrace that big fella! Keep posting your grindcore thrash metal songs, dont stop being your unfiltered version of yourself... Great shit Kevin rock on! \m/
@@380stroker I’m assuming he’s a traditionalist, as EMGs were leading the market in the 80s probably just playing with he’s used to. Fluence are quite a recent company also.
I have no idea what kind of jackson i have. I think its an older dinky with a stratocaster style bridge and a reverse headstock. Def one i jam on and chug the absolute f**k out of
Reverb rules....I just got a 7 string Jackson Rhodes 26.5" scale brand new, flawless (open box or something) damn near a 3rd of the price off list of which at guitar center and sweetwater are all backordered for months 🤘😁
My Japan Jackson has got 5 frets, where the metal is almost FLAT, and clear coat on the neck is Gone in spots, lol. Like you can't even properly play it on some frets, it needs a rebuild.
Perfect guitars for country music
Perfect for skewering a country boy
