Not only was that one of the most epic concerts ever (in terms of who was playing/what they were playing), but Chester Bennington was at it? I'm surprised the universe didn't implode with all that musical talent in one place at one time.
You would be pretty much surprised if you just know how many music geniuses there are that are nowhere near famous as Linkin Park, Nirvana, etc.
This is why this Earth and reality itself is fucking amazing.

I don't think they were promoting their albums per se. They were just playing because it feels good and it makes money. It's just what you do. It's more like the albums were promoting their shows.

I remember when I first heard paper cut on kerrang or MTV (when it actually played music) and I was amazed by linkin park. I went and bought hybrid theory and I've been a fan since, bought all their albums etc. I remember drawing the solider all over books at school. When I heard the news about Chester I was gutted and still am. It doesn't feel real and I never got to see him live. He'll be missed so much, we love you Chester.

When Chris Cornell died I didn't think this year could get worse and I never would have thought it would be Chester Bennington. I will remember 2017 to be the worst year for the rest of my life. They also say death comes in 3's so I'm pretty sure we'll lose another rock member. R.I.P Chester and Chris

I'm gonna listen to the full Nevermind album now, I really love the In Utero album though, those are Nirvana's best albums in my opinion, Linkin Park's best albums in my opinion are Hyrbrid Theory and Meteora.

It is not Nirvana brought the music genre that inspired chester , but the way NIrvana created and play the rock music with independent style and change the landscape of rock music all of time which is many band in new era becoming successful such as linkin park, korn, limp bizkit and many more.
I like Kurt Cobain for his songs not his vocals. For Chester it was both. Chester will always be one of my fave if not my only fave vocalist.

For me that was like right of peak of my musical inspiration you know I the best show I ever been to was Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Hot Peppers playing together
And I believe in my opinion respectively their best records and Nevermind happened to be the record that Nirvana was touring Blood Sex Magic Sugar was Chili Peppers were touring Ten Pearl Jam was touring in. It was amazing they were such...they were so different and you know for me I think that Nirvana really help shaped kind of how I viewed music and there so many aspects of all of their album kind of influenced to me as a musicians so I would definitely put them on top ten artists that have inspired me to wanna be in a band for sure and create something that was you know intriguing, edgy and sounds great and production of Nevermind was absolutely stunning.So yeah there's so much in Nirvana that hs shaped me...my taste their live performances and everything.
