Bought 2019 n-connecta petrol auto as a pre reg with 38 miles on the clock. 48 mpg after 3 months.ride is fine on 18" wheels.the techy chassis and ride updates compared to pre 2019 car make a huge difference to overall refinement. It was a good choice. Only gripe is I can't locate a speed sensitive locking option.

There was a couple of occasions where the battery wouldn’t start but that’s it. The old Japanese cvt ones last a long time, new ones prob won’t so what makes you think they are better?

Car 4 months in dealership and they have rejected claim for a new engine. It’s criminal what they have done to me. Absolutely disgusting even the customer care admitted the engine had a fault.
Well if I can’t get my car fixed with a know fault might as well help as many as I can. Watch your air con, watch your oil consumption and smells of oil, check for any ratting noise, check water ingress on park assist or camera constantly come on when raining make sure you mention in writing any issues you have under warranty.

I had a qashqai previously and replaced a juke with a 2019 model of the Qashqai .... I’m a little disappointed with the model .... it’s not the most forgiving car, it stalls often especially when pulling out of turning ... Now many of you may be screaming it’s your driving!! I took full responsibility in the beginning but now after driving it for nearly a year I am blaming the car .. I have driven manuals for years never had this problem before .. Based on that I would not replace it with another one ........ I have always been an advocate for Nissan cars having returned a Juke and replaced it with the Qashqai , it has forced me to rethink my choice 🙁🙁🙁🙁

Hi, you got the 1st thumb down from me, as I believe that during a review you should show images you shoot yourself, not taken from Nissan's presentation videos. For example, the infotaniment system segment can be found in Nissan clips on the web, you have shown no original video with the actual thing. Probably because you wanted a bait video before the new infotainment is actually available for tests. By the way, the infotainment and the new engines did not come together, the engine changes to the 1.3 petrol were released ahead of the infotainment.
Edit: now, looking again, I see that the video with the car driving from outside, it's not you at the wheel, it's someone else, so I checked and it's a montage from another video. Why are you doing this? People expect real review with the car, the engine, the infotainment...

Bogdan Emil Bunica Hi Bogdan. Much as I’d love to bring a full film crew to Spain with me, our budget sadly doesn’t stretch to that. This was shot with me and a GoPro, and it’s mixed with B-roll provided by Nissan, as otherwise it’d just be in-car footage. Time is very short on these events - this one was in and out of Spain the same day - and to shoot a full video ourselves would take more time than we had. Sorry you didn’t like it - when we shoot in the UK we film all our own footage with a full crew, but on international launches like this, we have to make do with what’s available. It was either this or nothing. I can assure you that we drove the new engines and tried the new infotainment system, both of which were fitted to the test cars we drove.

The Qashqai is good compared to the 3008, which is itself a decent car, but quite pricey and not quite as good to drive as the Nissan.
