You Brits are getting a refreshed Qashqai this summer while we Americans are getting the stale 4 year old version (called Rogue Sport). This makes no sense.

Yep but we are left with the wheezy slow 1600 cc where as you can specify much larger engines and we pay a fine for the privilege more cubes "CC" = more pollution and more road tax, darn it.

If you look at the "excellent" reviews this cars get, you will for sure forget about it. This is me who wanted to buy one, but I gave up as a result of the fantastic reviews. It is a pity... they used to be good cars.

2 points sir.first, look at what you can get for 32,200 pounds.that nissan you are driving is expensive.second you go on about build quality of the vw against the qashqai.i say with japanese cars you get both build quality and reliability.personally i am driving a 2014 mazda cx-5 and i love it.

Benchmark for this class is Peugeot 3008. It is far the best.

£32K not 4wd? I have a 14 plate Qashqai & in one word it's CRAP! So many faults to list but worse than the vehicle is the non existent after care & customer services from Nissan UK - This revamped model looks nice on the eye but I'm sure there are still underlining faults with it.....I'd rather spend £32K on a second hand RR evogue
