Are you aware of the specific statutes or contracts that could allow you to recover attorney's fees after a victory?
To be clear. I was involved in a vehicle accident here in commifornia and the other party was at fault, a settlement was paid to me but my attorneys fees were $17k, that came out of my settlement, I can't sue for the attorneys fees?

Those paid all those scumbag attorneys for the Parkland shooter?
Trial attorneys in my State Minnesota start at $40k, so figure 60+ for a decent attorney. This is YEARS of labor for a regular guy like myself.
FYI my case against the govt was marked around 10M. And my favorite Gatorade is yellow, 10M isn’t lawsuit money it won’t get you off the runway! As the world has been conquered I think many will turn to court.

Who paid the attorney fees for all those illegal aliens? Does the bar association force attorneys to take those cases for free?
