I love the fact that Kris is now finally getting the credit as a writer and artist that he so richly deserves. I met him four years ago in Ontario. I was drinking heavily at that time in my life. A friend of mine was an usher where he played( small venue) and arranged for me to go back stage. He noticed that I had a Waylon T shirt on and we talked about Waylon a lot. He then shook my hand to say goodbye and I guess could tell I was messed up although I tried to hide it( breath mints, food. He would not let go of my hand and said " you all right?" I said "yeah I'm okay" ( lie lie) and now putting his other hand on mine said "ya wouldn't lie to me would ya?". I then left but could feel that he totally knew that I needed help. Imagine, a total stranger with money and influence actually worrying about some little Canadian dude!? This totally changed my life, I got sober and have stayed that way. Kris was always my favorite singer/songwriter. That day he became my hero. Great man. Sorry to be so mushy.
that's so cool! I could see him doing that. He has that loving grandpa thing that seems genuine!
oh and I got to see him at bonnaroo festival in 2010 and he sang all his great songs and hits, so I think he was my favorite of the festival!

The TOBACCO had "millions" of poisoned additives in it!
I guess it was easier to blame his Diabetes for the loss of his leg!
But if you do the research on TOBACCO & AMPUTATION, you will be amazed!
Reading Terry Jenning's book on his father, I thought it would have been Waylon's dick, that needed to be amputated!
So, start eating Virgin Coconut Oil and start growing your own veggies! If you can, rear your own chicks. Get as close to the earth as you can and avoid the "shit"!

Wow....look at the way Kelly looks at her father. It's obvious that she absolutely adores him. She looks so much like him, very beautiful and very talented.
Kelly, would have been born after I first got to know Kris via his music. She's a wonderful piece of wood off the old block. I hope we get to know her and love her as we do Kris. We are Blessed to share such talent.

I saw my Beloved Kris on this same tour and it was one of the best moments of my life! We were young when I fell in love with him. I could sing almost every song he sang word for wordl But the most wonderful part was to watch his Dutch fans going crazy for autographs and love him. And Kris was so sweet and humble, like a young guy after his first concert,standing at the side of the stage until every autogrph was done, His good friend Willie Nelson in the same. There are giant stars who really are just like you and me, and do love us, Be happy for that!
I've always loved Kris Kristofferson's music, it's great to see that his daughter follows in his footsteps.

Lovely! I saw Kris in concert in Baltimore at the Fish Market in the early 90's with my cousin. We were about 15 feet from the stage and screamed for him to sing the Pilgrim. I was a big Dennis Hopper fan and we sang at the top of our lungs along with Kris when he played this. It was a fabulous concert. Love his music. So happy to see his daughter singing with him!
How wonderful it must be to grow up in a musical family playing together! I wish I had had had that experience!

I was at this tour in Holland and it was one of the best nights of my life. I cried off and on as Kris sang every song of his and I knew them all. He and Kelly were so sweet together. But I was totally blown away that this super star stood at the edge of the stage and signed autographs like he was just an old guy so happy that somebody liked him! What an angle in his older years!

I´ll saw him at Helsinki 23 th. of September -16 with his daughter Kelly and The Appalachian murder Bunnies ! and it trully was a great show !! truly the dreams come truth ! He was the Rubber Duck in Conway movie and i saw that somewhere early of 80 s. And then i started to listen his music and finally now i see him alive !!
