    For three days, doing it wrong, I was telling myself, "I'll start to feel something the longer I do it." I found this searching for ab roller workouts. Literally, the same exact day I followed this, I was feeling a really good burn. Even just keeping my wrists straight was a huge improvement.

    It took eight watches and many days to get this but I think I’m close. This is the best video I’ve found for ab rollouts. It’s hard on my wrists and elbows. The first time I hurt my back but after many watches and days I’m getting close. Thank you kindly.

      Well done. It does take practice and you do need to have a decent amount of upper body strength to execute the exercise. So the stronger your get the more your technique will improve.

    Excellent tutorial, thanks! I am a group fitness instructor, and looking to take a step forward in ab strength and definition to get to (or close to at least) that "six pack" look. I've had very good success with daily practice of the Five Tibetan Rites, and last week I purchased an ab roller, incorporating 10-12 reps of ab wheel rollouts in between each of the five rites (exercises). Early results are good, and I appreciate your very specific form tips!

    The abwheel was the only one in the sports area of outlr shop, so my husband bought it. He brought it home and none of us knew how to use it. Now I begun getting an ideea of what that wheel is for. Have to try it :)

  • @ralphenrile2793
    @ralphenrile2793 4 года назад +28

    Remember, keep your arms straight, keep your glutes tight, and squeeze your stomach. Finally, you use the abs themselves, you keep the wheel out in front half way and when you bring back, you use your abs, not the wheel. The tension is gone when it is done like that, so please do it correctly. After one rep, breathe out and do it the same way again. Keep resetting the technique, for every rep. Good luck guys.

      The abs wheeler allows you to put brace your abs under a a tension that is more strenuous than just holding a plank or walking plank. It takes you to an uncomfortable challenge zone that isn't accessible from other traditional ab workouts.

    How can I fix that or what is the right position of my shoulders during roll outs ?
