    Love your videos, regarding condo rentals for low season and high season . How much does it go up for high. Were retiring there next year

      You can see differences of a few thousand baht per month sometimes.

    Transport is essential for these condos!! No shops or much of anything near them!

      They all have bicycles, and my take on Sea Zen is that it is well within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, but thanks for watching. Even Mirage is walkable to the beach and all of the shops and vendors. Just a matter of preference.

    so would it be best for me, when I retire in 2 years, to go to thailand during the off season to have the best choice?

    • @RetiringToAsia

      It can be cheaper to sign a lease during off season

    Is there metro or sky train from Bang Saray to Bangkok? Thank you

    • @RetiringToAsia
      @RetiringToAsia  18 дней назад

      Bang Saray is about 2.5 hours from Bangkok. High speed rail is on the horizon but for now you have to go to Jomtien to get a bus or you can drive the motorway. Hiring a car is about 1800 baht.

    I’m very interested in a three month rental. I will be there Dec 1. What about bas and close to beach..

    if you are sitting outside, you don't need the air conditioning on, so you can just shut em off for quiet.

    If I have to retire in Thailand in my early 50's now, I need to have at least $3K or B100K of monthly pension plus $100K of extra savings for emergency. That won't happen until late 2025 or early 2026 to be living in Thailand for good.
