    Great house/hotel boutique villa. Good video, technical note - the drone shots were good but add some atmosphere or music (source royalty free). The shock of silence jarred me. Btw have watched about 10 or more of your vids, they are great. Am moving to Jomtien April 25.

    Loved the outside of the house , but think it's a bit disjointed ,as the flow is disrupted .I would definitely not advise letting this type of property out unless you want to spend big money on refurbishing it one year later

    I am trying to imagine what (legitimate) prospects there would be for that HUGE estate. Maybe some of the very wealthy E. Asians, but any farang, with uncertain ownership, and that kind of money would be an extreme anomaly. It is very grandiose, but in my opinion, it is like trying to sell a 250 passenger liner to someone who wants to go on a cruise with their family. Good hunting.
