So I will do what you said; I looked up this song because of the movie "The Sum of All Fears" its the last song I loved it when she sang " if we could only remember the day that we were born" to me those were very powerful words. I've even considered having this at a wedding ceremony -- for being disabled for over 30 years, raising my son and daughter by myself since they were 5 and 3, and thinking I was going to live the rest of my life alone, I have found love again. "Cripple prayers are sometimes answered?" It's perfect for saying vows to each other privately, before the conclusion of the ceremony (and I catered wedding receptions for years) . . . if we can both keep from tearing up! Not betting on that!

Normally a cover version of a song so, so different from the original would be a turn off to me, but somehow this version not only works on its own merits but is even superior to Sinatra’s version. A very haunting, trippy, psychedelic melody. When I first heard it I felt like I was going into a trance. Her voice sounds like the fabled Sirens that would lure sailors to their deaths. An absolute masterpiece!!
