The car has a top speed of 219 kmh in the vally. This suggests that the car does not have more than 400 HP and therefore simply has standard performance. He also has the M2 in front of him, which also has 400 x hp as a competition... sorry, but I don't understand why people say things that aren't true... it's a great car even without 700 hp... why do some people want to make a name for themselves like that?! awkward!

@@PLAYERSLAYER_22 the torque tends to drop off a bit a the top of the rev range (so the acceleration will decrease a little) but what's relevant for the acceleration is the wheel torque and not the engine torque. The wheel torque will be much lower though when you upshift due to the now lower gear ratio. Engine power is basically the product of torque and rpm. Therefore, you have more power / can accelerate quicker if you shift later (the "later" depends on the torque/power curve but I'd say it's usually very close to the limiter). Misha included the displayed power and torque information (probably approximated/computed instead of measured) at the top right corner and you can indeed see that the torque drops of a little towards the end of the rev range but you can also see that the power remains at 100% (from 5.5k RPM upwards) - the power determines how fast you can accelerate so you basically want to remain above 5.5k RPM. I was also a bit irritated why Misha shifted so early but there could be lots of reasons for it (the owner could've asked him to (e.g., due to the tuning), the green and yellow shifting indicators could've been irritating, Misha wasn't used to the car yet, etc.).
@@NeonNightTraveler hang on dude you are using correct concepts to elaborate on what I believe is a major misconception. torque does not always mean greater acceleration. engine HORSEPOWER is torque multiplied by rpm, so the apparent power output of an engine does depend on engine RPM as a variable. this is why I included the SITUATION in my original comment. this is due to the fact that torque and rpm are both beneficial in different situations. going uphill you want more fuel impulse per distance traveled therefore RPM will be a chief variable, and going downhill torque will be the chief variable. but you are correct that the fastest shift point will usually be between the peak torque and maximum rpm, but not necissarily maximum rpm in every scenario which is where the misconception lies. this is why misha does not always rag out the rpms on every drive rather than the reasons you imply
@@PLAYERSLAYER_22No you are the one who needs to pick up a book. Torque is not useful work, it's literally just horsepower (kilowatts) divided by rpm. Peak kilowatts here is almost certainly made highest in the rev range. It doesn't matter if you're going downhill or uphill, the amount of kilowatts you're putting out is the only factor in how much acceleration you're getting.
I'm sure that the owner probably changed his mind and later agreed that he was cool with the video being posted since an explanation for the lack of power has been explained in the comment that has been pinned by @Misha Charoudin I was never a fan of the earlier Audi TT but the late version with that engine is 🔥

I am sorry for the guy, when he was told, that the RS has just around 450hp. So he has to offer some money back from his tuner. Anyway, he has a really nice car!
Comment on top of the video, they had to remove something for police inspection, that caused the ecu to go into safe mode They added the cabling back and magic 700hp is back
Funny thing is you can often just hear the engine and have a good sense of power. Big power engines are mean sounding sobs. They have to be. Power is a byproduct of how much raw air you're shoving through the engine. You can not shove a lot of of air quietly through a small engine. There's only so much you're going to get out of a 2.5L engine for power and torque. The fuel type will have hard limits. For a 2.5L, 700WHP is like a dead engine until the giant turbo finally spools at 8000 rpm at like 45psi. Like a GTX3582R is the smallest turbo Garrett has to make 700HP build, and you're not making jack until 3k rpm. It'd be an absolute dog after every shift. An actually efficient turbo for 700HP won't make jack until 5k and would be dead after every shift. Equally, there's the heat problem. 700HP requires a massive amount of cooling not easily fit into a small car.
Beautiful car well presented power delivery . performance is impeccable at any power on these machines, my 09 A4 Estate was a beast, something ill cherish till i can afford another after it was stolen and trashed by an audi approved nz car dealer.
I'm not a professional, so take it for what it's worth, but the tiny pop off whistle doesn't sound anywhere near the pressure required to reach 700hp. It's not sututu, it's finini.
My FBO RS3 definitely makes less than 700hp and I can say without a shadow of doubt it pulls an order of magnitude harder than this. Something’s not right.
Changing any rubber brake lines/hose will change the feel and sensitivity of the braking system due to rubber expanding under pressure not sure about the brake fluid itself as fluids can't be compressed, could be wrong just a thought
This is not a hate comment but, even if the wmi was turned off, it shouldnt be in such a huge safe mode. Even my stock map goes faster. If it was Dutter racing oh lord have merci. WMI isnt really needed for safe modes up to 600 horses. Last thing, the owner shouldnt be suprised to get filed with a illegal tune which you can clearly see, Thats why people Who make files dont raise the Rpm to 7800 constantly when stock maps are 6800 just saying
This is very simple to explain, if you dont have the supporting mods to do big power gains, is not going to be just ecu tune, that is going to give you more 300 hp, that is just comen sense, and that is the true, to have that power you need at least a bigger turbo !
could tell instantly this car was nowhere near 700hp .the way it was accelerating it looked more like a full bolt on car with maybe 400hp lol Mischa is on point
11:50 He's actually surprised that Misha didn't think this felt like 700HP. Looks like... maybe 425 to me. ...which is probably for the best, you might be able to count the number of laps before a rebuild for a 700HP 2.5L without taking off your socks.
Misha was so disappointed. He was thinking nice I get to drive a 700hp TTRS and probably getting something with a little over stock. 700hp ttrs with Misha driving it would’ve smoked everything they saw that day.
Maybe the dyno numbers were incorrect. Can happen on rare occasion if there is a problem with the readout because of problem with the dyno itself. This will mean trouble with the rest of the tune on the car, I hope they can find the issue,
Sry misha, but i think that was a Little Bit Ur fault too. I Drive myself 750hp, but when you doesnt go above 6500rpm, the car Has only 600hp. You Need to rev that Turbo Monsters…
When looking at the rev limit, it seems this car has APR Stage 2 installed. If that's the case, it seems like there might be an issue. My Unitronic Stage 2 with 545 hp and BBS-FIR achieves 0-100 km/h in 3.1 seconds. How is this possible? The owner should seek the truth. They must have invested a significant amount.
I mean looking at the boost meter the entire second part of the lap is kinda infuriating lol, think he hit 100% a total of 10% of the time he was on the gas, with 1500 RPM left to redline on most shifts.
My guess is probably a guy who got a tune and exhaust and someone told him (or he made up?) that it should be 700hp, but really it's just 400whp (which is strange because they are near that stock I thought).

I'm sure that the owner probably changed his mind and later agreed that he was cool with the video being posted since an explanation for the lack of power has been explained in the comment that has been pinned by @Misha Charoudin
I was never a fan of the earlier Audi TT but the late version with that engine is 🔥
ok, i do agree this isn’t 700hp, but… individual mode instead of dynamic?
also im a bit disappointed on those shifts, but anyway…
hope to see a second part with proper 700hp 😂
Great chassis to work with big power builds. 450 -700 BHP…Sound car to track 👌🏼
Seems about the same pace as mine. I agree 450hp ish
For a moment i got excited until i saw the first pull 😅. I remember the 550hp one and i knew it's not even close to 700!
Would love to see this one back again with its full 700hp!
First time I've ever seen someone look so bored driving a "700hp" car
Yeah something is up it doesn't look like it's getting it's 700HP. Something is up with the Tunning? This sucks looks like it would be fun at 700HP! Thanks Misha for the Share!!! 😁
I am sorry for the guy, when he was told, that the RS has just around 450hp. So he has to offer some money back from his tuner. Anyway, he has a really nice car!
Comment on top of the video, they had to remove something for police inspection, that caused the ecu to go into safe mode
They added the cabling back and magic 700hp is back
Nevermind the HP, that car is a beast!
Sad we didn't saw the 700hp because It would have been quiet something !
How come the owner could not feel the difference between 400 and 700hp? It's like day and night.
Éste TT RS no tiene más de 450 hp. Si tuviera 700 hp, saldría de las curvas como un auténtico cohete. Eso sí, el sonido del 5 cilindros de audi, como siempre, espectacular❤️
Glad to see my F82 brakes arent the only ones that sound like a rusty swing set
the tuners best friend..
Struggled to push 200km and it was being short shifted all day rev the thing mate it’s a 5 cylinder 😂
Motor Audi normalmente aplica un pico muy corto de máxima potencia, ejemplo sube de golpe a 700cv a 5900 6100 rpm y baja de golpe
Por eso motor BMW siempre da más con los mismos CV 😉
The m2 was a paid actor to showcase the real power of the tt😂
Must be the wing 😂
DAZA supremacy til I die. These cars are just so awesome
without the WMI the engine breaks, it's dangerous although the ECU did limit the power
486 hp, measured by my eye dyno. Trust me, you just couldn't fool the eyes. 😊
Last thing, the owner shouldnt be suprised to get filed with a illegal tune which you can clearly see, Thats why people Who make files dont raise the Rpm to 7800 constantly when stock maps are 6800 just saying
not gonna lie, i think Misha dont understand this situation, but he experience is a different world 👑
this does 8.9sec 100-200kph and my stage 2 TTRS does 100-200kph in 5.5 second with around 540whp stock engine stock turbo just bolt ons
nobody notes the M2 in front and later, behind misha? Drives amazing too, regards to him !!
Мне как бывшему владельцу ТТ очень хочется посмотреть ещё один заезд, когда машина будет исправна и под капотом будут все 700hp, ждем продолжения)
I have a 2013 RS with minor bolt ons and it’s extremely fast, even for a heavy car.
This is very simple to explain, if you dont have the supporting mods to do big power gains, is not going to be just ecu tune, that is going to give you more 300 hp, that is just comen sense, and that is the true, to have that power you need at least a bigger turbo !
was going to skip it....then I actually watched it. Stock power way less chance of overheating🤣
Some of the horses are taking a nap 😪
could tell instantly this car was nowhere near 700hp .the way it was accelerating it looked more like a full bolt on car with maybe 400hp lol Mischa is on point
Honestly barely keeping up with a 370 hp M2 is kinda problematic when you have 700 on all 4 wheels 😅
There should be a compilation of the "1000hp GTR", the "700hp TTRS", and all others...
Never ever hat that car more than 400-450HP NEVEERRRR
Maybe the dyno numbers were incorrect. Can happen on rare occasion if there is a problem with the readout because of problem with the dyno itself. This will mean trouble with the rest of the tune on the car, I hope they can find the issue,
Still sounds brilliant, but this thing would be lucky to have 700 pony-power!
What a sound this car makes...amazing
Sry misha, but i think that was a Little Bit Ur fault too. I Drive myself 750hp, but when you doesnt go above 6500rpm, the car Has only 600hp. You Need to rev that Turbo Monsters…
700 dream horses
This car (even bone stock) with open roof on a mountain road. ❤❤❤
At the middle of the video I knew there was something wrong. Ok, the TT is fast but not too slow for a 700hp.
look forward to see the big map :D
I mean looking at the boost meter the entire second part of the lap is kinda infuriating lol, think he hit 100% a total of 10% of the time he was on the gas, with 1500 RPM left to redline on most shifts.
Not just UK 'tuners' then,😂
He started whipping the car around and taking curb after that bmw at 9:30
It moves almost as fast as my 280hp G35 🤣
“700hp yeah?” “Yeah it should be”. I’m so sure. 😂😂😂😂
It looks like this Audi was built in the same place where the 1000hp Nissan GTR was built.
My guess is probably a guy who got a tune and exhaust and someone told him (or he made up?) that it should be 700hp, but really it's just 400whp (which is strange because they are near that stock I thought).
