    Can you please link to the specific recipe in Cookidoo? I want to follow along on my machine but can’t find this exact recipe.
    Thank you for the video, it’s really helpful!

    This looks great but why are you measuring in ounces? My TMX only measures in grams and its such a hassle to have to convert everything.

    • @mywondercooking6476

      Hello, with a TM5 and TM6 you can easily switch from metric to imperial. If you go to setting on your Thermomix screen and scroll down to unit system, after you tap the icon, you will find the options ;) Let me know if you need more help.

    Congrats! How long can you leave the rissoto soaking in the warm water before you cooki it? You said that refering to hosting guests and bring the rissoto to the table last minute..

    How many portions of risotto can you make in the Thermomix? It seems every recipe is only for 4 portions.

      Because of the size of the mixing bowl and the fact that the water is added all in one compare to the traditional way of making risotto

      Hello Jane, depends how much risotto you want to eat or serve to your guests. If it is your main dish, I would say from 4 to 6 persons, otherwise if you serve the risotto with other food it could be even for 10.

    Love the video but the emphasis on “extra virgin” olive oil in a dish that will be cooked is eh… a little pointless

    • @mywondercooking6476
      @mywondercooking6476  Год назад

      Hello Magdalena, extra virgin olive oil is one of the best oil to use while you cook especially when you need to reach high temperature. It is healthier than other oils.
      You can use butter if you prefer
      Let me know, if you like the risotto
