Congratulations, one of the best interviews I've seen about a business - right questions, good coverage of all aspects of the buildings, no small talk just what matters, only the necessary amount of time for the video without filling with random talking, etc. Keep it up.

I like the idea of peripheral business that you can start inside of one business.

This guy is making 50k a month or making a commission on 50k a month of sales? 10% would be industry standard which nets him 5k.

That is about right the best I have heard is 40k on a great month but that doesn’t guarantee anything next month could be zero

    I have a dumb question...
    $50,000/month in revenue.
If he has 10% commission, he is only making $5,000/month.
By the time you take taxes out, its only $4,000/month.
So he's selling other peoples product for $50,000/month, but only making a $4,000 profit.
    Am i missing something?

I would say the upside is that he was only working 10 hours or less a week.

He probably makes 5-10% commish on each sale so selling 500k in sheds per year only makes him about 50k …in reality that isn’t much income lol

      50k a month. Not a year.

I’m a Regional Manager in this industry, 10% of sales is normal for the commission. Doing 500k in sales in a year is very normal, the top guys will sell 2-3 million and make 10-13% of that.
