No tsunami risk here. Too high up. Violent crime rate is quite low and property crime has dropped a lot now that the cops are actually doing something.

SF is already great and becoming greater as it always has. Crime is down YoY. Streets are being cleaned up. All of that statistically verifiable with crime data through sfpd. Not sure what the former president has to do with it. Can confidently say I don’t agree with your premise
