Isn't San Francisco the same city where people publish feces maps for the sidewalks and has large homeless encampments? I though SF was turning into a sh*thole. I don't care how nice the home is; if you have to drive by homeless and endure the smell of feces, what the hell good is it?
Love your posts. Stop by the PALECEK showroom in sf and say hi sometime.
Desirable for white people to live you mean 😅
Incredibly well designed. Not one single miss, except San Francisco.
So, what would this mean for somebody who might end up moving into the city for work as an entry level engineer?
Wow!! 😮
Very good communication in your video and I value hearing about new developments in our city.
I want to move towards the Embarcadero area, I am weary of all the grey star apartments available in the area. I wanted to be around water and nature & some sunshine. I do not want the marina, and have already lived in presidio heights area. I want to be slightly close to Bart if possible. Can I reach out to you about finding my ideal space?
Happy to chat about neighborhoods and answer questions you might have.
@ awesome will be reaching out soon!
7 Mil actually seems like a good deal for a home of this caliber in this area.
What in The China crap is this
Wouldn’t have to change a thing.
So gorgeous!
Great idea, the architecture is uninspired, and I hope it's not more luxury real estate. Greed is inhumane.
Yep, we can't rent anymore. We priced it out and come to find out we spend less on the place just letting it sit than renting it out.
And only 5 homeless people pooping out front every week. It’s a steal
I was expecting closer 100 million; 22 seems incredibly reasonable for the property given the context.
I grew up on 12th and Anza. How is that area now? We rented back in the late 80s and early 90s for 750 monthly
SF is worse than many 3rd world countries.
knoxville; rent $1200 entry level unskilled wages cap out at $15/hour san fran; rent $3000 ELU wages cap out at $30/hour seattle: rent $1500 ELU wages cap out at $25/hour hello from Seattle ☕️☕️☕️🌲🌲🌲
san frans cost of living is sky high but i can get an entry level job with no skills in their category right off indeed for $30+/hour
wish i could afford to live in SF right now someday soon tho ✌️ seattle and the PNW are damn good consolation prizes tho
Not sure how my neighbors with these multimillion dollar houses do it but I love living in Marin. Grew up in San Rafael, now live in Corte Madera. Lived in Mill Valley and Larkspur as well. Prefer southern Marin starting at Larkspur & currently bearly affordable for me but hope to figure out a way stay. Really not sure how these folks afford it but shows there is a way to make it happen. At 34 years old hoping to start by moving from my apt to buying a condo here in the next 10 years.
The homeless love living there.
“Historical district” my butt, the entire city is historical. These people just don’t want working class people moving into multifamily home next door.
Who still wants to live in SF ?
Very low value and low vibrational people here in the comments. They either live in a "fly over" state or shovel snow six months a year 🤣🤣🤣. Sf is gorgeous, Mediterranean climate and amazing views all over. Just stay out of the tenderloin and everything else is amazing. Great video and insight!
You didn’t tell people there is a ghetto on that island? I almost got robbed toe last time I was there.
Min 7:02 As a working-class resident of San Francisco, I have strong opinions about the housing crisis in our state. Despite the Governor's claims of approving bills to build more affordable housing, every new project seems to cater primarily to the wealthy. Only 27% of the homes in this project will be affordable housing, is a joke. What should be happening is that only 30% of these homes should be luxury homes for the rich. It's criminal to know we have a housing crisis and yet continue to prioritize luxury homes. Working-class folks deserve to live in places with great views of the Bay Area too. If I had the power, I would veto all these projects. Rich people in the state have enough luxury homes; they don't need any more. It's the working-class majority that's in need of more high-quality affordable housing.
Understand the frustration. But the only way any housing gets built is if the project is profitable for the developer. The state has and the city have already tried mandating more affordable housing, and production plunged. The reality is interest rates are high, construction costs are high, and permit times are high, which means unless you have market rate housing, you get nothing. 27% is WAY above the legal minimum. And the only reason it is happening is because of what you call “luxury” housing. Developers aren’t charities. That’s the real world. Would you rather have 27% or nothing?
Who in their right mind would spend that much on any place in SF . It is an awful trashy place to visit let alone buy there . He will never get his return in that property.
I knowwww ugh. Why would anyone want to live in a place with beautiful views, walking distance to water, A+ food all over the city, the best park system in the country, proximity to Napa, Sonoma, Carmel. I just don’t get it.
I agree....I will never live there. Let alone....visit. ewe....😮😮😮
That's what fox News would have you believe. Sounds like you visited on a budget and stayed at an awful trashy hotel in the tenderloin 😂
Probably bums shitting on ur doorstep
Parking though....amirite?
Way easier on west side
Dam san fran is trash 🗑 when it comes to the housing market smh 🤦
A few thoughts: 1) Public safety and clean streets first. Letting the Tenderloin get to its current state allowed crime and filth to migrate outwards. 2) San Francisco always had a unique charm -- even in its rougher areas. Turning SOMA into a high rise office district catering to the tech industry sold off a lot of that charm in exchange for the kind of banality that can be found in any large modern city. 3) SF is an example of the greatest American paradox -- immense private wealth amidst a sea of public squalor.
but you didn't keep it original too much modern items including classic style furniture with a art deco twist
Spoken and produced like an agent and not one word about the Seaplane museum.
Any off-street parking ?
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.

You said and showed us this Apartment,,,not a house....At no point can you or did you provide anything to JUSTIFY the ridiculous price !!!!!!!!!!!! Hahahahaha ,,what a joke ....Homes in California are only for the rich and these rich people obviously are uneducated when it comes to value.......Why does everybody forget that these apt's and homes were sold for 35 -70 thousand dollars in the past ,,,then believe it's NOW worth MILLIONS !!!!!!!😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Location location location
120 thousand dollars a MONTH in HOA fees......If you payed 2 landscapers 5000,,,, 2 maintenance guys 5000 a month that's 20 grand ,,,and 6 lobby people 5000 a month that's 30 grand ,,,soooooo 50 grand a month,,,,,,I don't see 70 thousand dollars a month in maintenance products for up keep......For an HOA TO PROFIT 60 thousand a month is FRAUD ,,,,,as we all know the home owners are paying the land taxes and insurance for their individual homes .......

Honest question here, who, in their right mind would buy a property to live in San Francisco?
You're creepy
😂is the human feces on sidewalks included ? 😂
So happy to see this optimistic video about downtown SF! We have a rental unit at downtown, which used to be a super desirable location, close to all start up offices, Bart , and all bars and restaurants, but the area became ghost town since pandemic. Now it’s slowing coming back, but my tenet is moving out. Hopefully all the programs will help to get people back
