The 240 and 300 ford inline six engines were a completely different block. They also have removable intake manifolds. The Ford family of engines including the 144/170/200/250 all share the same block with slight differences. All of their cylinder heads can be swapped. After a certain year, 68 I believe maybe later, the ford 200 and 250 shared the same large log cylinder head. The biggest difference between the 170/200 and 250 block was the deck height to get the increased stroke for 250 cubic inches. The earlier blocks had a small log head on them. The small 144/170/200 engine family is also referred to as the “Falcon Six”. This engine family is easiest noted by the intake log being cast into the cylinder head. This makes the engine very very different from the 240/300 inline six that ford used in their van and truck lines....

If one is going to swap heads on a 200 6 it's best to go with one off a 250 6 made after 75 as it flows The best of the small 6 heads and has hardened valve seats so there's no need for lead additive but I believe it would have to be decked to maintain proper compression ratio.
