great job on this its both powerful and distinct form the other soundtracks in the game giving the faction a all-around unique feel musically to them
The OST for Battle Brothers has fast become one of my all-time favorites among VG soundtracks, so I'm thrilled that more compositions are coming with this DLC!
I am so bad at this game, but the art and soundtrack alone could make me stay and play it
Is this still an indie game? Yes. But it blows my mind to realise it.

That's awesome to hear Sage, thank you. We were actually a bit worried that the made up words mimicing this style would sound comical to native speaker ears. Glad that doesn't seem to be the case. Regarding your question, Battle Brothers is the first success we had with a soundtrack and overall, we did not put out that much other material yet. Also the venture into norse music was a first for us inspired by the DLC theme. Cheers and thanks again for your comment!
@@breakdownepiphanies3364 not comical, got my blood running and fits really, really good with the dlc. the soundtrack is exactly what good Norse music sounds like. the sountrack you have made here is very similar to wardruna, which is one of of the most known composers in this kind of music. got this soundtrack of yours on the ears everytime im working with stones near the sea. subscribed and will be awaiting more amazing tracks from you guys in the future! and do make more of this norse stuff, it was really good!

The first time I listened to this I didn't like, but after I actually listened to it I realized how deep this song truly is, especially at the end. I cant wait for you guys to release the full version soundtrack in the game, this is Impressive! I just wish more people knew about it.....

while battlebrothers is a neat game, these OSTs are beyond. please, please do more OSTs for other games. i mean these set such a great acoustical tone to the game, it really makes battlebrothers outstanding just for the soundtracks.

No it's all made up words, was a bit awkward but also a lot of fun recording the vocals. For any actual Norwegians in the audience, we apologize for butching you language into a weird sound-alike ^^
I can hear the "Hail Odinn" now that you pointed it out though, nice.
@@breakdownepiphanies3364 I am not Norwegian, It simply reminded me of Vikernesse's song, where he sings hail odin at least 15 times. What's really funny that I didn't mention previously, what he actually sings is hail odin sire (hail father odin), and if you really focus you can hear it in this song too. Oh and btw. did I mention I absolutely love this new OST so far?
To me it sounds like "Tegernsee, Knoblauchatomsalat", but I could be wrong as it makes no sense at all :)

- Lack of a variety of boards is nice as if some cemeteries were added forts ruins and all the rest not only on the campani map, but also in battle locations, it is lacking instead of these 10 level levels
- battle map monotonny no epic place at Garnisons only terrain mix
- Multi - Now 7/10
