The antagonist in the story. The goons Jacek Dydynski fights while on the road to where Tarnawski's uncle is work for her. We will probably get to fight her as Jacek or Tarnawski.
She's called the "She-Wolf" and she's arranging to steal the inheritance Jacek is supposed to keep an eye on. She's also based on a historical figure with the same nickname.
Maryna serves as the antagonist in Jacek's side story mission. Jacek is hired by mr. Tarnavski, to look after his dying uncle Mikolaj, so that he won't change his will, which is highly favorable for him. Mikolaj's distant relative Maryna however tries to manipulate him into changing his will, to favor her. She orders several of her cossacks to guard the passage to sir Mikolaj's lands, claiming they were hers. According to the developers, she is going to be the main boss of the story. This is her description from the steam update thread: Maryna is a relentless iron lady, hardened by the harsh life on the Borderlands. As the leader of a small army of Cossacks, she is untouchable in her fortified manor. Living by her own rules, she thrives on robbery, extortion, and kidnapping. Her character also appears in several historical novels by Jacek Komuda which take place in the same universe as Hellish Quart. She is inspired by a 17th century Ruthenian bandit Anna Łahodowska, who was also nicknamed She - Wolf. I hope this description helped you, at least a little bit.
@@Barbarosich ooga booga. She was a cossack. Lots of nations claim cossacks. But cossacks were nomads. They had homes, not nations. She was from Sataniv

So what is the back story of this character? I have seen a few clips of gameplay, but who is she?
She’s a bandit leader hailing from Sataniv in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth’s borderlands, apparently inspired by Anna Łahodowska

@@lochman_cz Cool, thanks for the info.
Witcher?
It surely gives that kind of vibe
Where did you get the soundtracks from? They don't seem to be in the public domain, or did you buy them on steam? If so, thank you very much
The soundtracks are all from the game. You can listen to them while playing
the music was made by Adam Skorupa, who made music for The Witcher
@@alfieomega Just for the record, it's Witcher 1 and 2. Adam Skorupa wasn't involved in Witcher 3, afaik.
Lyrics?
Yep. It has 'em.
What nation is she from?
Her origin is polish-lithuanian so i'm guessing it's one of the two.
Maryna Ludzicka is Polish, she has an entry on game's wiki
