Hey Bro! Thanks man! I appreciate it. Likewise, you played like a demon on your video! There are some mega tasty licks in there that inspired me 😊 Have an awesome day Jamie! 🤘
Killer slippery playing, my friend! I own the Soldano "mini" head and I love it! As small as it is, I've used it at live gigs. I figured, everything is mic'd into the pa anyway, so why not. And it sounded great! My only issue was the lack of a clean channel, which does make it somewhat impractical for live performances of certain tunes. This pedal seems like a viable option to remedy the single channel issue with the mini. As always, thanks for a stellar demi and informative video!
Thanks man! I appreciate it 🙏 Very cool about the mini head - thats awesome that you gigged it! Yes just one channel though - I am curious to know how it reacts to guitar volume changes. Does it clean up when you back off the guitar volume? Have an awesome day!
Thanks dude! I really appreciate it! I am planning on releasing something soon. Just need to find the time to put it all together and get it out there 🙏🏽 Have an awesome day Si!
You've been playing for two or three chapters with some very interesting pedals... you've put me in a bind... I don't know which one I like the most... what I have no doubt about is the guitar you use... I love that Ran guitar...😍😍😍😍😍😍. Good sample song. Great Jay!!!...Black for more???😅😅
Thanks Jordi! I know right! it’s a dilemma about which pedal to get. I love this one because of that whole Soldano tone. Basically, we need all of the pedals 😜 Have an awesome day!
Thanks Jay! I appreciate it dude 😊 🙏 I'm planning to put out an album of these tracks soon so watch this space. You will dig it dude! Have an awesome day!
How is this compared to the SLO-100 plugin running on the Quad Cortex? Also how about pedal straight into PC interface? What I like about the pedal is that it doesn't require any license or computer, DRM, etc. It will just always work on it's own forever. I would probably run it into an EVH 5150 III, or Randall Diablo. Thanks for the video.
Great Q! it has the same DNA as the plugin. It has that tone and vibe but what makes this totally cool is you can play it right through a regular amp, rather than needing a computer or QC. I didn’t try it straight into an interface. I don’t think it is designed to do that. The best tones I got were through my amps. Have an awesome day!
Kind of thought in the begining gou started playing round and round anyway killer tone the pedal sounds awesome il have to get the pedal I already have a soldana amp rock on jY
Hey dude! Been there and done that my friend - I've owned various Soldano gear over the years and as you already know I built a custom SLO30 not too long ago. Building amps is something I'm kind of addicted to, it's a challenge I really enjoy, especially after owning so much gear over the years. There is nothing like turning on an amp that you’ve built yourself for the first time and hearing it. I gotta admit, that first switch flick is the scariest thing! But, I still love doing it. And who knows what might turn up in 2025 😉 Have a great day! 😊
Hey bro! Hows it going? That is an excellent question. Both sound great and work for different applications. In the studio, I have my SLO30JP so that gets used. If I'm heading out to play somewhere else or to jam with my buddies then the pedal comes with me. And sometimes, if I need to quickly record then I will fire up the plugin 😊 If you have the plugin and don't need something to put through an amp then the plugin will do just great. Hope that helps! Have an awesome day
Sorry to hear you didn't get on well with the mini head. I haven't played that one I'm afraid. The pedal though - I was pretty impressed. Have an awesome day!
Ah thats interesting to hear - I've heard from a few people that the Synergy module sounds pretty good. The pedal sounds great. I like it for sure! Have an awesome day
@jayguitar the SLO module, with two overdrive channels, no switches, and shared EQ is apparently great. The SLO II, with overdrive/crunch and tight switches as well as dedicated EQ is pretty awful. Not sure what they fucked up, but I emailed Synergy and they don't care to investigate. Just consooooom and leave them alone.
Got mine today. WAY better than the first version, IMHO. Sounds great.
Awesome bro! Glad you're enjoying this version of the pedal! It is a little beast of a Soldano 😊 Have an awesome day!
You're the right man for this demo!!
Thanks man! I appreciate it and glad you enjoyed it! Have an awesome day!
I just bought the old pedal 2 weeks ago lol. Wish I'd waited, but i love the pedal. Playing it straight into a Marshall Origin, and it's amazing.
Ah man! Return policy on the pedal you bought? Having the second channel is might handy 😊 Have an awesome day!
I just love your enthusiasm for guitar, and you play amazing.
Thanks man! I appreciate it and thats very kind of you 😊 🙏 Have an awesome day

Awesome! Enjoy the pedal! Have an awesome day!
You got the clone, the pedal, the plug in now you just need the real thing.

Well if the soldano mini heads didn't sell. They stuck the preamp boards in a pedal and said . " that'll do pig. That'll do!"
The question it is...where Neural DSP Plugin sits??? is this Pedal so much better??

Sorry to hear you didn't get on well with the mini head. I haven't played that one I'm afraid. The pedal though - I was pretty impressed. Have an awesome day!
Where's Bones?
Certainly sounds better than the Synergy SLO II, which sounds unbelievably horrible.
