K guard is OP for MMA, in this situation however I feel the opponent would not knee slide but try to punch you in the face 😅, when you extend you will be safe but you shouldnt invert like that under your opponent I could see it go wrong but maybe, If you can do it really quickly its worth the risk since you will end up in a great position! K guard works best from full guard if your opponent is being stubborn and keep trying to stack you
@@MTMcD116 overpowered means really good, but just like anything still need to know when to use it, using it once you will be ok but against a good mma guy use it the third time and he will have something ready for you just like a knee to the face counter on a double leg or a check left hook counter
@@CoachZahabi Hey coach. superb move, it works really well when I try to 'trap and pull shin/shin'(from your seated guard vid from jujiclub) and I lose it and the opponent knee cuts. On a side note, may I know how to do the 'trap and pull' without the opponent crushing me with the knee cut? It happens more often than Id like
“He shoots his knee, I shoot my knee” got it!
I'm going to try it to day. It seems to be effective. Thanks bro
Genius. Been playing half guard for a bit and always wanted a nice k guard entry/knee slide defence.
🔥 thank you coach
This guy is a master.
Very nice.
02:31 turtle to k-guard 🤙
Coach! I love you ❤
What are the 3 attacks?
I only saw one
Heel hook, calf slice, and didn't see the other
En français firas stp
Can you do an instructional video on how if Sambo was easy it would be called jujutsu.
Should k guard be avoided in MMA?
