    why is Biran finishing the heelhook in his elbow pit instead of his wrist?

      I think because it is backside, the heel slip isn’t really an issue. Other defences like back stepping are the issue. Could be wrong though

      More similar to William’s guard (london in 10p terminology). Neil melanson has a lot of good videos going over it.

    I visit this school about an hour away 1x a week to train with my adult son. The professor there is really old and has dementia. So for 3 weeks straight every time I visited it was this exact same move.
