why is Biran finishing the heelhook in his elbow pit instead of his wrist?
I think because it is backside, the heel slip isn’t really an issue. Other defences like back stepping are the issue. Could be wrong though

I visit this school about an hour away 1x a week to train with my adult son. The professor there is really old and has dementia. So for 3 weeks straight every time I visited it was this exact same move.
