I'm seeing a lot of recommendation about vitamin supplements and their use for managing PCOS especially Inositol. That's why I asked for your recommendation. My doctor has been very rude to me and blamed my lifestyle for my PCOS even though I weigh only 46 kgs.I am just looking at alternatives.Anyway thanks for the reply.
