Thanks for the great video! A Brompton doesn’t need a kick stand, because you just fold the rear triangle under the bicycle and it stands on its own. I always take my 22 year old Brompton with me when I travel. It makes getting around so cheap and easy, and it allows me to extend my ‘photography range’ immensely! You pictures are beautiful. Thanks.
When you explained about the possibilities with the two graffities and the reflection of the bridge I found the light very harsh, but the processed images are full of atmosphere. A real learning experience.
You don’t need a kick stand on a Brompton just fold the rear triangle underneath the frame with a quick flick, the locking lever can also be auto release. You also change the suspension bung. I recommend the 44 tooth chain ring. Have a front mount for a large or small bag. Get the rear carrier option , you don’t kick the easy wheels with the carrier so much. Cheaper to choose these option on you order with the configuration options. Best go to a dealer and borrow a demo Brompton. I use mine on gravel tracks and city riding. Two friends a while ago rode all the way from Paris to Gibraltar camping on the way. Most trams and busses along with trains allow Brampton’s. Better still get an electric Brommy. the front bag, it fits on the mount bracket. The rear triangle folds under the bike and that’s it wheels are are for dragging it along.your
I’ve got a Brompton, it’s a great little bike, I’ve actually toured on it, great video, I must sign up to one of your city workshops, I live in the back and beyond
Very nice shots…..& great coffee choice! I have a Brompton with a rear rack and when you want to stand the bike up, you just “kick” the rear wheel underneath, which makes it double as a stand - Easy Peezy:- )
Like the idea of using the bike with camera - have done in the countryside but not in the urban environment - the last reflection was great out of such a small puddle!
Yeah, I went with a 20" folding bike, as stability was more important to me than absolute minimum weight/size. (A lot of sub-optimal pavement in my area.)
Yes as already pointed out. Folding the back wheel under is the stand. Brompton are by far the best folding bike, even if they are outrageously expensive. The stand fold is even better if it's fitted with the rear rack. You can also get over priced front luggage, that's great for camera kit.
I have been wondering about a bike, though I was thinking more of (Australian) rural areas. Space in Tin Can is a concern. A folder like this could be the winner grinner. When I visit a new town, I like to walk around, sometimes all over the place. A bike would give me more coverage. Perhaps a camera mount or two, for the different viewpoint.
Very well composed video ..as always. Some great shots…Been a folding bike convert for about 14years, totally agree on wheel size. However have you tried an electric bike, full size or maybe folding..?I live in rural area with few hills..but a full size electric bike is liberating, Had an early model for about 12years…makes it like living in Holland!
Almost first 😉 You'd get to see his videos even quicker plus tons more content (video and written) if you signed up to Craig's e6 subscription. Worth every penny.
I love these adventures of urban photography. Exploring places especially on a Sunday morning which it looks like you have done is a lot of fun. I am looking forward for more urban photography in your channel, thank you Craig.
@@e6Vlogs Hi, I live in Leeds and have visited many times with friends, but would feel nervous/ anxious on my own. I guess it's just me. I struggle walking around Bradford and Dewsbury to name a couple of towns and Leeds City: there is always someone wanting "change" sadly.
I think that even if I wasn't a (amateur) photographer I'd find your videos interesting and entertaining. And if I win the lottery *** and can afford to take the non-stop flight from Perth to Heathrow, I'll head for Manchester. What a mine of visual gems you've shown us. As mentioned below, you seem to make great images from just about anything. A talent I envy and strive for. I love my Brompton electric and whenever I stop somewhere nice I take a shot of it because it's so beautiful!
Seeing how you frame things is very helpfull.
First class. I honestly think that you could make a good image out of anything. Very impressive.
My brilliant is Craig's "everyday " photo 🙂
@@MrFreakwent just his usual tuesday. His midnight 1x1 photos are usually a killer 😖

Lovely light and shade abstracts
Lovely composition and tones. Thanks
Really enjoyed this, bikes cameras and helmets.
Amazing composition skills!

Yes, i forgot about flipping the back wheel to make a stand. It’s nice, but probably not the bike for me.
Thanks my friend for your kindness and educating me with awesome photographing tips. God bless you......
Thanks for the cycling tips! Didn’t know you could hire a Brompton.
Love your work, such a good eye for composition
Brilliant, just a delightful presentation as usual!
All fantastic photos. My favourite was the high rise buildings coming out of the mist in the distance.

I sometimes ride my Bike and lm amazed at the places l discover for photography!
Folding bike is the way.
great video and fantastic pictures. loved the bike bits too. disappointed you didn't use the XPro though.
Still the best photo vlogger on You Tube by far.
Agreed. He is a real deal.
I've just been recommended a video about this bicycle and I blame you entirely.
I don't ride bikes and I have not been looking up bikes!

Ah, that makes sense👍
Cool? I had to make an extra hot water bottle 😂 (would have turned the heating up once upon a time of course.)
Like the idea of using the bike with camera - have done in the countryside but not in the urban environment - the last reflection was great out of such a small puddle!
There is a kick stand in so far as you just tuck the rear wheel under and it stands up
Terrific video Craig I enjoyed every minute, thank you.
Another great video and a bunch of great images!
I've got a 26" wheel Dahon folder, must be almost full frame.
your photos are superb 👍
Fantastic, as always!
With the Brompton you just flip the rear triangle over

A great city bike, but not as good as my 20” on gravel.
Yes, quite agree - just fold the back wheel under with one smooth, swift action and try to look cool at the same time (it doesn't aways work).

Yes, I’ve had my folding bike about 15 years too. As for an electric bike, I’ll perhaps give one a try in another five years!
A rare sunny day in Manchester

Nice images! How do you like the Monochrome from your EM-1 compared to the Monochorme choices in your Pen-Fs? 🤔
Very much the same, with some customisation, though most finished results are Raw conversions.

You look cool in the shades. Not so much when riding the brompton. Definitely not a bike for guys suffering with a fragile masculinity.
