At first I felt as if melting points weren’t all that useful but I now see that it’s the Vulcan that really takes that spot….mostly because of just how situational they are
Had a game where i got xp skill and reduction so that I could level up my meltingpoint every turn, with heavy armour for +200% hp, started lvl 2, skilled it to lvl 3 and then 1 more next turn. So in 3 turns i had 2x lvl 5 crawler 😂😂😂

This is a classic case of "If you don't know what the fuck you are doing, how are your enemies supposed to know what the fuck you are doing."
A single good EMP tech would have ruined all of those MPs forever. Seems many people forget that’s a thing.
Just won a battle against a player that was spamming MPs.
Stormcallers with emp missile made them harmless.
I think you need EMP shots from like Mustangs or SCs to take these things down combined with some DPS, they're totally broken otherwise
Or Marksman or Wasps. All of them have EMP shot upgrades.

MP changed a match into my favor often. Badass Unit.
I'll take your advice and avoid doing turn 3 melting points :) instead i'll do turn 1 melting points 🙃thanks for inspiring me!
