I totally understand about the relief you feel for using restraint with the lindt balls. I am trying hard to change my thought process from "I can't eat that." to "I DON'T eat that." or "I only eat a tiny bit of that." I want to hold onto the power over what I eat instead of letting it have power over me. You are doing so amazing!!!
I'm a couple konths from having my RNY and am so anxious. Your videos are truly helpful. I've been absorbing everything I can possible find to get mentally prepared and as for personal videos for RNY there really aren't many.

I know what you mean, when I had my surgery it was my face shape that changed first. Being 158kilos I lost about four stone before anyone really noticed, but after that it really started to show. Isn’t it lovely having an easier life. Just everything is easier. You are such a pretty girl, you are stunning, now you will feel good as well as look good.
hello, I can literally feel your happiness!!! i love that for you. let me tell you as a fellow gastric surgery patient , that feeling of eating only what makes it worth it doesn't go away. ( at least not for me and it's been about 7 years since my surgery) and regarding alcohol... we become cheap dates!!! lol!!!! i can only have one maybe two drinks without feeling tipsy. congrats again on your journey!
Hello.. I am having gastric bypass on July 18th and wanted to get some insight from folks who have already had it done and I found you! You are so delightful! Between your first pre-op video till now I can tell how much you have changed, not just in appearance but you are so happy and positive! I love it! I am doing the surgery for the same reason as you, I can't wait to join the "losers bench" ! Glad I found your channel, very motivating for me 🙂

I always look forward to all your videos and seeing your beautiful face. You have no idea how much your videos have helped me feel connected in a time we have all been shut in, which has been even harder for me as I was in the process of being diagnosed with rhuemotid arthritis. All we knew is that I had auto immune disease and I had to stay in even more. Anyhow, your vids make me feel like I have a good friend to go through stuff with.
Well done! I have notice a difference between your hauls (before and after). It's a great feeling when you start feeling good and your energy increases. Congrats on your NSVs (Non Scale Victories) too. It's a confidence boost when clothes get looser, endurance increases and you are able to do new things. I hope you are keeping a photo journal and recording your measurements as well. Those will also show changes. Youre doing great. You rock!

I had gastric bypass about 16 years ago and it took about 100 + pounds lost that I could see the difference on myself. You will notice it more and more. Also, pictures of me before surgery and after in the same clothes. Congratulations on your journey! You are doing amazing! 🥰

Hi Trina... I've only found your channel today, while researching liver reducing diet. I've only been given a very limited leaflet, on food examples & I'm so scared I'm going to do it wrong!.... but so glad, if found your chanel, through looking. Your looking amazing. My bypass surgery, is planned for 11th January....
🤞 I can do as well as you, as I'm getting mine done on NHS, due to my extremely limited mobility, from needing two compleate new hips.

well done. Couple of areas to draw your attention to. Knickers, yep, said it, underwear. Like you I used to wear a lot of dresses, I found myself constantly hitching my knickers up, until the day a pair actually fell down. So have a few smaller sized pairs in the draw. Secondly, jewellery, especially any valuable or sentimental rings, eg engagement or heirloom. Nearly lost my wedding band when it flew off my finger. Thankfully it was indoors and found quickly.

I think you should do a bundle of about 6-8 items, maybe more (depending on how many clothes you have to get rid of ) and have people of your size (or people that want that size) enter for some giveaways! I know I'd be super interested if you done something like that!! That is assuming you'd ship to the US. I just think it'd be super cool of any youtuber that done hauls to do giveaways with the clothing they don't wear/want. Too many of them (and I'm most definitely not pointing the finger at you) have WAY more clothes than they could ever wear in a lifetime and most of their clothes just sit there or hang in a closet collecting dust.
Good job on your weight loss… my surgeon and dietician says everything is okay in moderation I find that I don’t really crave sweets either after surgery
Can really see it, especially your face x you look great and even nicer is that you're feeling better x
Do the simple things, park at the far end of the store and walk in, go for walks, if you like to work out with other people join a hiking club, do things you can do easily at home. There are workouts on youtube, that you can start out slowly and build up. Get a couple of hand weights to strengthen your arms. You don't have to go to an expensive gym to get fit.
You look great, definitely see it in your face, but wow... well done your are certainly busting it. Xx
