    I am just stunned at how much these boys sound like their Grandpas. I was a huge Waylon Jennings fan and loved Johnny Cash's music also. Thanks your dear boys for bringing back their legacy and sound. Absolutely amazing.

      I definitely hear Johnny Cash in that voice. I’m not saying he’s as good as Johnny, but I definitely hear some of Johnny’s voice there. And it sounds pretty good.
      I hear Waylon’s voice, too. It’s sounds damned good, too?

    I just love this song, maybe because my grandfather helped to build the Hoover Dam. He was a welder.I remember his stories about the men that fell into "the mud".

    Hank Jr. started out singing his father's songs and he sounded just like Sr. He really didn't go anywhere until he found his own voice and style, then he took off like a rocket. These guys have talent, let's hope they find their own way.

    It's is actually amazing how similar they sound. Usually it's just really good covers by people inspired by the artists but the actual blood line sounding so familiar is fascinating to listen to

    That is incredible and quite haunting to listen to... I'm a metal guy to the core but I grew up with their fathers playing around me throughout my childhood... I miss this kind of country music quite a lot because it takes me back home to a better time and place... I can hear Johnny & Waylon in these two to the point where it brings f*****g tears to my eyes... Absolutely awesome! Thank You for this!

    Wow! Hearing Whey's and Thomas's voices takes me back to their grandfathers. Willie's song 'Hero' immediately came to mind as I listened to them. The first time I heard 'Hero' was after Norm Macdonald died, then again, after Billy Joe Shaver died. There are people that bless us so incredibly while they're here that it's only right that we cherish and miss them.
