He didn't have degree of Aerospace Engneering, he kept on trying, He Showed the World that Degree is not Important what Important is Passion For Work .
He has a physics degree, that’s not nothing, by knowing physics he could teach himself rocket science. So yeah, he doesn’t have engineering degree, but a physics degree and that’s enough to learn other scientific fields.
Indeed degree is not necessary. But that doesn't mean those who got degrees are not passionate about their subject. Some people are just extraordinary in their approach to stuffs they like. That shouldn't be generalized.

@@jebactychpolicjantow5497 He absolutely had a say. He himself became the chief engineer of Spacex because he couldn't hire the good ones working in the field at the time. His physics degree helped but he did a lot of study on his own. Look it up, his story is all there

Agree with so much he says. Resonates with me and probably many other entrepreneurs. I’ve learned that most of us entrepreneurs learn a lot of the same lessons but since starting a business can be a lonely road, most of us think our journey is unique and different when the reality is that many others have or at walking the same path. Stick together and help each other out, makes the journey way easier

I also read that he did not hold any spiritual beliefs or spirituality.

This man doesn't sleep he's up day and night.
Work one hundred hours per week while others work 40. I know this is a critical work ethic for success, but how do you give yourself the motivation to do it consistently?
1) You need to do what you love, and not convince yourself to love what you do
2) Roughly as he says, if something is important enough, you need to do it even against the odds. Having such a goal is motivation itself
3) Do it because you have deducted the importance of your goal, and don't do it for some prize. Achieving important goals are the only prize that matters, as these are the things that really improve & secure life. And life is precious, since to our best knowledge, we are alone on this single planet
So if you can, do whatever, but do it the best you can. Don't waste your life
