Ahh happy for you about your ADHD diagnosis giving you more clarity about yourself and how you live your life, I also finally got that recognition and confirmation when I got myself diagnosed. It's inspiring to see you do all this despite the struggles we might face and the insecurities/imposter syndrome we might experience, especially as women who might present differently than what is typically described

Okay, I would love to hear more about your ADHD diagnosis in another video if you so choose to share that information. I recently took a test online for ADHD and I keep getting told that I don't have enough "ADHD qualities" to pursue a diagnosis.

have you considered other disorders? maybe the symptoms you experience overlap with ADHD, but are also present in other neurological/developmental disorders. it's also worth keeping in mind that there are three types of ADHD, just incase the the resources you're referring to are based on research done on men (who more commonly have hyperactive ADHD)
i'm not a health professional though, just someone with ADHD who also has had questions - these are just my theories :)

Once I got diagnosed with adhd and started learning how to work with adhd my productivity because so much more productive 😅 it's a game changer, it helps so much learning about how your brain works differently from most and then using that to be the best you. 👏👏👏 so I'm happy you got your diagnosis and it's helped with learning how your brain works 🫶🫶🫶

Why is it that just the music here makes me happy. You're music choice is so different from mine but so soothing and I need to go listen to some of the playlists now. Also I got the previous tote bag and unfortunately the strap went on it. (Totally my fault for stuffing it too full) so I really hope these ones have strong straps!

Would love to hear more about the ADHD work methods you're using and what has been helpful. I was diagnosed as an adult too and have been learning about myself and ADHD for the past two years. It's definitely been a struggle but being diagnosed was extremely validating and really helped me make sense of who I am and why I do some of the things I do. I would love to hear about your experience and some of your coping methods. Your videos help me a lot with motivation and monthly planning but I haven't really been able to find a system that works for me.
