Hey dude. I just love your unending devotion to your cars and what you do with them. It's so refreshing after so many rich kids just smashing cars up for the sake of it. It's attitudes like yours, to our little pieces of engineering marvel, that restores my faith in humanity. Thanks for what you do. 👍
Amazing job! Beautiful Bronco..... But tube bumpers were a little rusty and cheap back in the day. But, almost everyone had one. They actually rusted faster than the Bronco. Love the tires and interior.
OMG! I just bought your plans for the rims and I had someone print it for me. Super excited. The quality of the print is not the best but im super happy and cant wait to get them to fit. My question is since You said they dont make these tires anymore you have on your what would you recommend that looks similar? I was thinking the rc4wd michelin but im not sure. I would like something that looks like yours. Thank you for the awesome plans.
Man that’s awesome! Looks really cool. On your lancier video I commented that I had to have one of those cars. Well, I bought a chassis for one. Now I just have to find a body!
The correct body is super hard to find and way too expensive. The new Lancia 037 from tamiya is the same shell with modified wheel arches but I will do a video on how to convert it.
You have done a fantastic Job on the bumpers, great upgrade, looks great, carnt wait to see the running video 😁 thanks for sharing, great video bro 👍😁👍
What not flip , invert your bumper mounts to raise the bumpers a little bit? I did that on the front of my Bronco and bought another front mount and put it on the rear bumper. It tucks the bumpers up a little more and doesn't look goofy. It's a subtle change, but give you more clearance on your approach and descend angles. I think it would work killer on your set up!
Yeah that is a good idea. I saw you could do that but I like the look of the stock placement. I also never crawl this, it is my trail truck but it seriously is a good call.
@@AMPROEngineering oh mine is a trail truck as well, it's just that little extra that people don't notice unless they actually look for it. Tucks everything up nice and neat, food for thought, always love the videos, cheers!
Love all the things you make. Too bad i cant get my hands on a 3d printer. But if i did, what ideally would i look for as far as specs for making items like yours?
Oh i dont have a printer either. I have owned about 5 of them and hated dealing with all of the associated maintenance, calibration and wear. I use shapeways for everything. Cheaper, no overhead, no storage, no maintenance and more choices.
Again, beautiful add on to a already beautiful masterpiece! 🤤 Did you ever throw any lights in them? Asking because tbh I’ve hit a snag myself with lights in my front guard. I have one of the standard ones, but since the lights mount on the bumper/push guard which is mounted on the frame/chassis, & the lighting module mounts on the body, I’m not quite sure how to run the wires and still make removing the body fairly easy without disturbing wires & lights. 🤷🏻♂️ Don’t want to go drilling holes until I find a solid solution so I’ve just left them empty and for detail/looks as of now. If you have any ideas or ways about it that you don’t mind sharing I’m all ears at this point.
Oh yea, basically I have the wires go strait down and zip tie as low as I can so that they dont rub the body or get caught on it. It is really tight bit it works.
AMPRO Engineering sweeet! I’ll have to see if I can somehow get it to work like that tonight! I appreciate the response, have asked a few people who have the same guard as I do how they went about it but they never responded! Hopefully it’ll workout the same as yours tho, would be awesome to have the extra lighting on night riding & for the added detail! Finally got a small 2:16 clip up of my Bronco I’ve been working on. Hoping to upload some more, better vids of cruising with her! :)
Hey there, welcome! These are AMPro designed wheels. There is a link at amproengineering.com to shapeways and myminifactory where you can either buy the printed part or the file to print yourself. You can message me on my site if you have questions.
Great question. I cut them out and then used clear lexan and glued those in place. If you look up "Matteo's RC Movies Bronco" he did an episode on how to do that. Keep me posted with the interior!!!
What are yours made of? My trx is not a basher. Do I drive it yes but it's more off a era correct show peace that I built a in closed car trailer that I hook up to the back of it
These are all nylon. They are durable (i have similar bumpers on other rc's that I too designed). I dont want to say they are weak as they are not but I have seen how people beat on these!
Depends on where you are. Shapeways bases prices on local currency and shipping. They are global. There are also material choices. The high detail stuff like these are very pricey and also not usable as a basher. The nylon is cheaper and strong but needs a lot of work to look good. I think the high detail is around $100.
There are Ampro wheels. They are printed Polyjet or nylon depending on what you want. They are on shapeways and MyMiniFactory. if you email me I can send links. Amproengineering@gmail.com

Thanks man. Very kind of you to say. I have a lot of admiration for this hobby as I credit it for my desire to become an engineer.

Glad to hear it! I would look at 1.9" tires with a more road tread pattern. You dont want that aggressive of a tire.
@@AMPROEngineeringthank you. Yes sadly its very hard to find more onroady tires like yours.
what an amazing lexan build! it looks like a real bronco! great job
I know, Traxxas did great!
Your Bronco looks pretty sweet
Thank you! I really love that thing.

Nothing says '70s like a set of Western Turbine mags....very cool!
Thats the truth!

That makes two of us!
Hey Dude sweet video i am a huge fun of the bronco. Do you know we’re those wheels came from?
Yes, these are AMPro wheels I designed a few years ago. They are in the AMPro shapeways store. shpws.me/Tuo2
Never been a fan of tube bumpers..... but damn do those look awesome! And those wheels!!!!!
Usually I am all about stock but I remember these when I was younger on every single bronco on the road, haha!
Bumpers came out nice! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks! I really wanted them chrome but that is going to get too beat up!
Once again you have out done yourself on this build; thinks it's a great truck with all of the custom parts.
Its all good fun. Thanks for that.

I appreciate that.

That's awesome the front bumper you could flip that bumper mount upside down , and it will raise it up three or 4 mm
Very true. I wanted it the way it is now but you are dead right that if you needed more clearance you could do that. Thanks for the info!
Very nice build definitely sets it apart 😁
Thank you!
👍 They look cool!
Thanks buddy!
Wow.... Really looks great man!!! Nice work 😉👍🏻
Glad you like it!

What rims and tires you have please? They look awesome
The rims are an AMPro design: shpws.me/Tuo2 . The tires are long out of production sadly. I do not remember what the heck they are unfortunately.
@@AMPROEngineering thank you. Does it come with the caps or are thoese are the original ones. If you make these do you ship to germany plz?
Dig the rig! Any chance you can provide a link to the turbine wheels and finish hubs? Thanks.
Will do! I will have the wheels on shapeways soon but the hubs are the stock ones.
Rims & Tyres?? They looks sooo awesome!!!
Rims are Ampro and will be on shapeways soon. Tires were from RC4WD.
Super nice love it 😊
Thank you!
Sweet looking bumpers. I like chrome but tube bumpers give it the out of my way look
I do too. They will stand out for sure.
@@AMPROEngineering speaking of standing out there is a guy on ebay selling the old style duce 1/2 wheels fir the wpl 16 to 36 and the jj model rc 6x6.
Oh yeas I saw those but they stick out too far. I made some that tuck.
@@AMPROEngineering let me guess tuck in lol. Thats cool. As i said ebay dose get me in trouble 😆

Thanks!
Looks great
Thanks!

Hi, I’m new to your channel that’s a cool bronco. Where did you get the wheels at?

It's great yet I needed more coverage and light rack.
I have seen some cool cages out there!
When will you do trx4 blazer upgrade or trx6 upgrade
Maybe soon
Nice bumpers. Liked and subd 👍
Thanks!
I like your Bronco... Tires are very nice... What this?
They were made by RC4WD But are no longer available.
I'm interested in the printed cab upgrade for the bronco trx4.
Hi Jarred, all the links are in the description of the interior installation vids. I will also be offering certain parts for home printing.
👍✌️
thanks!
What did you do for clear windows in the back? I'm about to buy and start printing your interior and want to show it off.
Great question. I cut them out and then used clear lexan and glued those in place. If you look up "Matteo's RC Movies Bronco" he did an episode on how to do that. Keep me posted with the interior!!!
Are you going to make upgrade for the Chevy Blazer
Not at this time. I was just in love with this bronco so it was easy. Maybe an interior one day.
Do you think these bumpers will work on the Blazer? They share the same chassis.
It is possible they will but I do not have one to try them on.

Is the interior, roll bar and dash on shapway also?
Sure is.
What wheels are those? Those wheels look like real life turbines.
Yup, they are my design. I have them on shapeways and myminifactory soon!
Ampro should I buy a lunchbox or get a lunchbox shell and put it on my pumpkin
Really depends on if you want to buy a new set of electronics. The cheap way to go is just to get the shell. May be a good choice.
@@AMPROEngineering Ok thanks

Where did you find the turbine wheels for that bronco?
These are an Ampro design. They will be on shapeways and myminifactory soon.

love It。
Thank you!
Please tell me where you got the rims and tires pleasssseeee

How much for a set of those rims

Really like how you engineered the bumpers to fit together. How do I order those turbine wheels???
Thank you! I have had some many people ask about those. I will post them on shapeways and have a video on them soon!
Hello :) What is name your wheels ? This is plastic or steel ?
There are Ampro wheels. They are printed Polyjet or nylon depending on what you want. They are on shapeways and MyMiniFactory. if you email me I can send links. Amproengineering@gmail.com
What tires are those?
They were on RC4WD.com. They are SUPER soft but really nice to run. If you search what is on the sidewall you can find it.
I'm in Dearborn mi.
I'm in Dornbirn vlbg.
Huh?
So I am looking at a STL sharing site. Ill post on FB if I go down that path.
I dont have facebook. 😥
What tires are those
It is from RC4WD. Part number Z-P0040
How much i want those bumper s
These are printed through shapeways and costs vary depending on your currency. Link in description to the parts.
What wheels are those?
Those are turbine wheels I designed and printed in "ultra detail plastic" (polyjet) at shapeways.
