The original video was very instrumental in the guidance I gave a player in his ITF Juniors J30 match against the #3 seed. My student had not even win 2 games at this level prior to this. My student followed the guidance religiously and lost 6-4, 6-2... having broken his opponent first in both sets. Clearly there are other things he needs to strengthen the mental aspect of his game but thanks again for the original video... and for continuing to produce such very useful and well explained guidance. I would love to share a video of yesterday's match with you.
A couple question about changing direction. In cross court rallies, do you know if you should only change direction when the ball is shorter and you can move in, or can you also change direction on deep balls too? Also in a middle court rally, would you change direction when the ball is short or also when the ball doesn't quite go to the middle? 😮
Thats a subjective answer. it depends on the players comfort in terms of movement primarily. for me I may not need such obvious opportunities because I'm a little quicker and more experienced but for some players they may need exactly that situation to feel comfortable attempting
I switched to the PS tour. 16x19. I loved the vcore 95 but the PS Tour is a more versatile racquet for switching timing from teaching and competing. Just a little more forgiveness but still very familiar feel
Brilliant tips with excellent demos as always but why does your camera keep going in and out of focus in every video? It's distracting! Do you think positioning it further away from you might help?🙂
@@ironwilltennisjust set the camera on manual focus. You don't need autofocus since you're standing in the same spot . Or close the aperture of the lens to increase depth of field. Love your videos btw

new camera is on the way. but the reason it loses focus is because of the blue background, the sensor can't decide what the depth is.
