For those of you who need the recipe, here it is.
2 cups sugar
1 - 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 - 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 - 1/2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
