I highly recommend “Jambi” from 10,000 days. With lyrics and damn good headphones. It’s kind of a long song but the journey is definitely worth it.

There's a reason a LOT (probably all) of these bands printed their lyrics into booklets and packaged them with the CD's (and often the DVD's) with their songs, albums, and videos in the day... Tool is a special experience and you don’t just listen to Maynard James you feel him. I actually heard a cover of this one by O’Keefe school of music where they teach young people to play instruments and cover a bunch good music and the cover they did was actually sang by a preteen girl. Those kids are awesome.

Tool is a trip when you really hear it it's cool watching you actually get what's being said most don't get even half of what he says .. Check out the songs Eulogy , Undertow, Pneuma- Danny Carrey drumming live vid he's insane , and the lead sing and his wife have band called Pussifer check out the song, humbling river ,it's a good listen ,calming stuff lol

This is one of Tool's most amazing songs, and really sums up the entire theme of Aenima. This song is about growing, changing, and moving towards the next level of human evolution and conciousness. It's deeply rooted in Jungian theory.
Basically, it's believed that there are three levels of human evolution and each has it's form of conciousness. There's the 1st level with 44 chromosones. These are primitve people's like the aboriginies in Australia who do not percieve anything outside of themselves. They only see one large conciousness with no distinguishment between organisms. Then there's the second level with 46 chromosones. That is us. We are a chaotic disharmonic conciousness that is basically used as a stepping stone between the first and third levels. The third level is 48 chromosones. (Or 46 & 2, with 2 being the sex chromosones x & y). This is the higher level of conciousness. Our destination.
But this is where the Jungian theory comes in. It is believed that you can not reach this third level of evolution without first delving into yourself and basically cleansing your conciousness for the next jump. That's where the Shadow comes in. The shadow is basically everything about that is unseen that you are uncomfortable with or hate. This is also known as the Anima (hence the name of the CD).
The last part of the song sums all of this up...

The "whispering" and or singing real low is simply musical dynamics. Highs and lows to help make impacts. Kind of like how a EDM song has the quiet before a drop. Tool simply employs it in a more gradual way.

There is another video of this song with shots of space and running captions. It’s called Fibonacci sequence with the name of this song. It’s about a mathematical sequence that is supposedly not to be able to put to music. TOOL does it while explaining it in the captions. Very interesting video.
