You should play My Time at Sandrock! Lots of story, things to do (you're a "builder" but there are aspects of fishing, mining, farming, combat, exploration, foraging), romancable characters (with storylines and quests beyond marriage), and has that stardew valley/animal crossing feel !! It's my current obsession with that sit and rot for hours on end playing it because I can't stop.

If you haven’t heard of it Roots of Pacha is such an amazing spin on a farming sim. It’s on switch and pc and it’s like Stardew but cave ppl. You can romance ppl and be queer or poly-ish. To improve your quality of life and to make products people have to invent them due to the need of it. It’s so much fun. Highly recommended to everyone.
