I was close to writing "Why?", thought about it for a minute and then realised I haven't asked a single question on the internet so far. However I've read a lot of other people's questions and answers. I guess it's just difficult to get help by someone instead of help.
This is so true about my ISFJ grandma 😂 she endured so much and raised her six children by herself without any support from her immature ESTP husband. She used to tell us stories about how she would cross a river in the middle of the storm just to sell rice and bananas to the natives in exchange for lumber. She has her own house & business now and is raising her grandkids meanwhile her ESTP husband just got another mistress at 68 😂😂 Si hero can endure just about anything and I absolutely look up to my grandma because of that 👍
I like how it is mentioned what a mature isfj vs immature isfj would do. People assume all isfjs hide which I would do in middle school, but after much life experience under my belt, I don't do that anymore.
Im an isfj and learning to make personal boundaries helps alot. When you set defined boundaries it's so much easier to not feel guilty after having to check someone for crossing one.
With time and experience, I became really good at conflicts. I'm not afraid of it anymore. And yes I know I can handle basically anything and choose to also do the things I fear (ESFP focused ISFJ).
This was interesting. I was married for 18 years to an ISFJ. There was never a good time to resolve problems and never any self-reflection to her that would allow meeting halfway. I was viewing this to figure out how much was natural ISFJ behavior and how much was her narcissism.
This sounds like me. I let out all the bitterness inside me from not being wanted in past relationships on the current boyfriend when he does or says something that makes me feel unwanted.
My instant reaction to this title: THEY DON'T. They do not handle conflict. At all. Then for 2 weeks straight, they nail passive aggressive staggers towards you coming from nowhere, for things that are totally meaningless. Example: "I should do the dishes....I will just do it now." ISFJ stagger: "I was wondering when you are going to get around to that." *stagger in the stomach*
Don't expect even a mature ISFJ to respond immediately to conflict. Sometimes they may need time to process and bring it up at a later time. Don't think that they've actually let it go. 😃
this ep provided useful info about ISFJs that i didn't pay attention to another thing is that i watched 9 ep of psycho pass and i got bored but you seem that you really do like that anime so i will give it another shot
Here's a little thing that puzzles me. You said INxJs and ENxPs are good fits for each other partially because Se inferior and Si inferior go together. Se inferior is afraid of giving people a bad experience. Si inferior is afraid of receiving a bad experience. If Se inferior hasn't practiced enough to actually give a good experience to the Si user, wouldn't they be more likely to make the Si user feel uncomfortable and drive them away, making Se inferior even more afraid in the future?
Ne hero is more optimistic. even if you gave them a bad experience, Ne hero more likely to believe you could do them a positive experience in future. isjs have Ne inferior so believe ‘what happened before will happen again’ so giving them a bad experience would push them away more compared to a enp.
I am not the be-all end-all expert on ISFJs, but I know at least four. From my interactions, they do what they are going to do. If it is not going to be done, they are not going to do it. I struggle to use the word ‘want’, I am trying to use the common language of this community. I understand we have definitions of words like want & responsibility and I think these words have been defined already. My father is an ISFJ, he doesn’t do anything because he wants to, he does it because it must be done. Furthermore, they do not put themselves into positions that will involve conflict that disrupts their peace and tranquillity. He has constructed at three different houses reading areas for him and his cats. Also, they do not deal with conflict, angry words, well. This is a big no no because it is disrespectful and violates the social norms. Holidays, family dinners, Family photos, seeing grandma, all of these things are the most important. Being sick on a holiday could be considered a conflict.
Ive been searching for a similar ESTJ black hoodie but instead with an INTJ logo or token. I really like how the hoodie and tokens look and feel. Just wish there was one for INTJ Ranger!!
Yesterday I had a conversation with an ISFJ on the phone. I started talking about an interesting topic ("adults only wedding") and I was trying to see the different aspects & angles of it. After 15 mins or so the ISFJ said "We should stop talking right now because we are misunderstanding each other and I don't want one of us to cry." I was so confused. I mean, yes, the situation was a tiny little bit tensed because we had different opinions but we were not loud or rude. I respected his decision and hang up the phone but I am still wondering what happened in his mind. This video is helping! Thanks a lot!
How would an estj deal with someone treating their isfj wife badly ? Say something which has caused her stressed out times due to difficulty or to cry?
So your'e saying the either avoid the conflict or don't, what other approaches are there? I feel like those are the only two possible aproaches and not really ISFJ specific...
C.S. Joseph I watched this like two hour long rant by an anime youtuber named Digibro on how and why it was worse, but honestly I don’t really take his opinions seriously anymore
Here's my go at masculine - feminine types (most masculine to most feminine): ESTP > ENTJ > ENFJ > ESFP or ISTP > ISFP > INFJ* > ENFP > ESFJ > ISTJ or INTP > INFP or ISFJ *Depends on if Se inferior is developed
@@TinyBudha According to chase, the only Se users less masculine than ESTJs and ENTPs (the most masculine Si users) are INJs without Se inferior development

Could you do a video comparing how INFJs handle conflict vs. ISFJs?
Infjs handle it much better.

These are the most frustrating neutral nothing people on the planet.
This sounds like a unhealthy attachment in combo with ISFJ.
We're not set in stone.

Aww. So much love. 🐈
regarding the second question - from the naval officer - how does that description differ from an INFP?
Spot on!
They can’t comprehend
Any updates on the test or how we can take it? Haven't heard about it in awhile.
Dude love the outro
