The Detroit crowd for Pantera was CRAZY. I didn't even stand for Pantera Friday. The sound in certain parts of SF is just terrible. We were lower section 146 and it sounded like a washing machine full of nickels + echo. I could barely make out anything Pantera played at all. It was awful.
@@matthewhubrich1697 Prolly because, even though their recent material is a clear sign they are dwindling, Metallica is still a living, breathing, authentic Rock n Roll entity. Pantera, on the other hand, is a Rock n Roll corpse thats been warmed up in the hope of bringing in some cash n simultaneously stroking the egos of failures who never amounted to anything, due to always being spineless & pathetic.
Not where I was sitting. You can't see it here, but 4 apache helicopters flew over the stage as soon as the song started. Everyone where I was sitting lost their absolute minds. Seeing them perform was an incredible experience.
There were pockets here and there. The Detroit show for Pantera was completely insane. It was indoors (Ford Field) and everyone was on their feet the whole time. The place was so full of smoke you could barely see the stage at times. It was nutty. Lots of people went out in wheelchairs 😂
It took soooo long to get in bc of traffic, a lot of people were just getting there, including myself. But we were all head banging and singing. They were 🔥! The crowd got better as the show went on.
The only guy up there not missing his nap was Charlie. Man I hope those tickets weren't expensive. They say rock is dead. They're making it look like it is.
always cracks me up that he doesnt headbang as much now cus he messed his neck up from doing it so much. Also why tf are they playing during the day?? no lightshow?!
Get the fuck up out of your seats people WTF!?
Yeahhhh I was there and Pantera was a snooze fest when it came to crowd. But they all stood up for Metallica of course

To be fair it was a Metallica show, not a pantera show.

Gaytallica fans up there are not having it
Half their age, but yet, somehow manage to make the Rolling Stones look & sound young n spritely.
Whats yer secret Pantera?
DOWN are so awesome
Nice footage on the intro!!!!
Sounds like one of those gag videos of Creed back in the day. Hope it sounded better live.
You listen to creed ha!
It didn’t, poor pa and acoustics in Soldier Field blew
@@JTofthedeadyea I agree. I was at the show on Sunday and it was an indecipherable blatantly loud blend of noise most of the time during Metallica
That crowd is dead im head banging just listening to this

Back injury. Degenerative disc disease. Phil came back from smack. Many dont. Hes metal's terminator. ☝🏼
Found us @3:03 ! we were in section 146 😂
epic
In a word?
Abysmal.
crowd is mid
Yeah. Pantera is really made for metal festivals. Mainstream arenas are a joke.
