I just got through putting these 6 pin halogen headlights on my son's '05 8 pin HID350z. Bought 8 pin male connectors w/ pigtails from Concept Z and researched. You have to map the wires by pin location (don't rely on color references), there area a number of posts on my350z as well as a youtube video titled "8 Pin to 6 Pin Headlight Conversion | 350z Spec D Lights".
Did this all work out for you. It is exactly what I want / need to do and just want to be sure on the wiring. I have seen many new pigtails since this was posted - thoughts?
I want these for my 07 350z🤧🥺
Can I adjust the lowbeams at all? Mine are pointing too high and not down to the road? Any help would be appreciated thank you!
I have the same issue, just installed them. I did see a video on here for adjusting 350z headlights, there's an adjustment bolt inside the engine bay. Haven't tried it yet but hoping it works.
@@threesondad what light bulb did you use mine went out and I can’t find any that will fit it
@@aleccrouse5456 The bulbs for the hi and low beams? It comes with 2 H1 halogens for those, I replaced them with better H1 bulbs before installing since one of the guys in the videos mentions the included ones are junk. Not sure about the LEDs, I do fear they and he halos won't last long.
I haven't been able to find info on how to adjust the beams for this specific model. Can you tell me where you found your info?
Do any of you guys know where it’s located at?
Hey! I just bought these and the low beams aren’t working, only the high beams, any advice ?!
Same here man
@@Silvaback11 had to rewire em, if you need help hmu 🤝
Can the Halo lights turn on without the 5 LED lights?
I didn't play around with it but you may be able to just pull the white LED wire from the harness (and it's corresponding ground). From what I could tell those may be wired separately.
is this plug and play?
Yes
05's have 8 pins, the connecter wont fit
Any solution? No idea why they said 05 if they don’t fit lol.
Adapter brother that’s what I did
