  • In this relatively short video, I spray 'Standard Mdf' panels with a Graco 695 ultra max airless sprayer @ 1600psi and with a 310 fine finish tip.
The paint I am spraying is a dulux diamond eggshell.
I show you my spraying technique to give you an awesome flat finish, plus lots of trade secrets and free tips to do this yourself!
At the end ill show you the finished results of both freshly sprayed pieces & fully finished pieces that have dried and completed.
    Really worth a watch !
Ps - This one is dedicated to ‪@10MinuteWorkshop‬ .
Recently, I was informed that I ( The London Craftsman) was mentioned by Peter Millard in his early podcasts ( Measuring up podcast #003 ).
This was when I first started my channel and I had my old paint shed (& terrible in front of a camera!)
The shed has changed a bit or shall I say, been rebuilt and the paint shed has doubled in size to a professional spray booth.
Also a big thank you to Darren Page-Thomas aka DBT85 for making me aware of the podcast 👌👌👌
    Enjoy everyone, Ryan

Yes the fans just exhaust to outside, there is a small space between the wall and the outside fence and there is a small amount of overspray that gets through.
You could always have another filter on the outside to combat that.
I just use water and oil based (99% of the time water based) as I dont want any smell.
I am on buy me a coffee mate, I think its under my name ryan cooper, not sure if the link takes you there in the description.👍
Was thinking you could also use 2 or 3 filters inside rather than one to stop the overspray getting through eventually 👍
