How do you think the players will react when the coach is already given them excuses to lose. Don't we have a better team than girona and Bilbao? A better coach will bring out the best from these players we currently have I'm very sure about that.
We needed a new coach since the start. Xavi just doesn’t make the right decisions at times.

The thing is Barca players don't work extra hard, Aguero even said they barely train at the gym. They need a German or Italian manager that lazy thing will stop. German and Italian managers are all about intensity not this fragile thing we see week in week out, we see other team players train extra all the time. You barely see Barca players, they would rather go and watch basketball and bullshit. The thing is nobody serious at the club.

Barcelona fans probably don’t want to hear this, but eventually they need to consider getting rid of Pedri. I’m not saying this to slander him, at his best despite his age he’s one of the best players in the world in his position the guy is an elite midfielder, but the problem is that you can’t rely on him to play a full season. In the last 3 seasons, he has missed at least 40% or games due to injuries and whenever he’s fit he’s not always 100%. 2023-24, he’s had yet another injury plagued season where he hasn’t played a lot and he’s not at his very best. The guy is unreliable and I get it playing over 70+ games in a season for club and country at the age of 18 it didn’t help him as he’s still feeling the impacts of being overplayed as a teenager, but how can you rely on him in the long run when he only plays a couple of games a season. Nowadays he’s not even trusted to play 90 minutes in a game and Xavi has been managing his game time. Fermin Lopez at the age of 17 as a midfielder in his breakthrough season at Barcelona has over 10+ goals in all competitions. A midfielder having a goalscoring threat in his game is so rare especially on this Barcelona team and he doesn’t even start games week in week out. Due to the fact that some of their best midfielders have barely even kicked a ball this season Pedri struggling with injuries again, Frenkie de Jong has missed some games as well, Gavi hasn’t played since November, Fermin Lopez has had to play a lot more than ever before whether he’s a midfielder or a winger. Even when everyone is fit he deserves a bigger role in the team and players like that when they’re healthy you can fully rely on them. That’s part of why Barcelona shouldn’t have an issue with selling Pedri or Frenkie de Jong in the future and how much longer can they be patient with Pedri especially if he spends most of next season injured.
They don't know how to manage the player playing time....too much load on one play will cause injuries. Another this is barcelona training and medical staff is wack...look how after dembelle leave barcelona he is injury free....

I don’t understand what’s going on with Barcelona right now. Weeks after Xavi announced that he was staying at the club apparently he’s about to get sacked because he said that under the circumstances that they’re facing competing with Real Madrid is going to be difficult. I don’t think he’s wrong on this, but this is something that you don’t say in public knowing full well that you can find yourself in hot water. Why, because people will think that you’re holding the team to a low standard and coming with excuses on why your team cannot be competitive. Again Xavi isn’t wrong because Barcelona haven’t been in the best financial state in recent years where these guys are doing everything in their power to have enough money but they don’t, they can’t make significant transfers you can only sign players on loan and on a free transfer and have to reduce their wages just to register new signings. Meanwhile you look at Real Madrid in a span of 12 months signed Jude Bellingham for over 100+ million and are about to get Kylian Mbappe. People shouldn’t be making excuses at Barcelona, but for a club of their size it’s not good to see them in this situation. If we knew that there were gonna get to a position where he could’ve been sacked then he was better off sticking to his original decision which was leave the club when it was announced in January and since he decided to stay it’s been one huge circus at Barcelona. Let them sack him, this isn’t the right way a club should be ran.
doesnt help when the little money we have xavi wants to spend on it onna 30 year old kimmich and 30 year old bernardo silva we needa adapt we need physicality athleticism mixed with technical brilliance arsenal for example they have there physical players Rice,Saliba,Gabriel,Ben White,Havertz Kiwior Etc while having odeegard,zinchenko
