Love the instinctive Thai speaking "maa" (come/start). The internet has a lot of clinch techniques but was missing a really beginner fundamental breakdown of weight distribution. Great video, sir.

Hello kingdom martial arts academy, the only thing i truly struggle with in muay thai is sweeping and being swept, i am a lot skinnier than the people i spar is there any way to get around the weight difference?
