Love that ad.... whenever anyone asks how I am...I just say "any tougher I'd rust"... and it came from watching the ad.

I remember the name of only one of the actors, the guy hanging off the scaffold is Adrian Bernotti. He was in the tv show “Class of 74”

Yes Glenn Farrell.....you got it right it was the freight train bridge at Mascot Airport.....he ad was called "Chain Reaction"
This ad was slapstick humour. I've seen one modern ad that uses old fashioned humour thats the 'two good lookin' roosters in a ute..
Is that the old bascule bridge on the Botany freight railway near Mascot airport? Always wondered as a kid when the ad was on.
wow, and this was before occupational health and safety came along. taking a smoko can get quite deadly eh.
