Not really... its a collaboration between One piece and Nissin called hungry days. A series of commercials feat. One piece characters reimagined as highschool students. As of now, we only have Zoro, Nami and Vivi versions. Also check out the music video of Bump of Chicken who did the background song.
The "pun" is that one piece is parody-ing aoharu ride, which is used as a slapstick (it says "aoharu kayo" which roughly translates to "this ain't supposed to be aoharu" at the end of the comercial
