Just watched this video of yours. You know, you can always request an extension at the Migración y Extranjería. Just pay a visit to their building and explain them the reasons and more likely they will grant you another 60-90 days stay on your visa.
Si tiene todavía residencia canadiense puede aplicar por solvencia policial,la cual incluye RCMP, en la ciudad de residencia en departamentode policia local, no tarda mucho por lo general. Tal vez pueda aplicar atravez de la embajada Canadiense en ES.

i believe what they want is a clear document from your canadian embassy if one in el salvador, saying you have never been arrested and charge with any crime in canada,. in a few words making sure you are not running away and hiding from your actual government, is standars in every country, good luck wish you happines with your family.

I don’t know if you already done it but you can get an extended visa so you don’t have to get deported, Good luck in all your process and you already are mi compatriota.
@@renesaenz8451 I did ask about an extenderd visa and I was told they don't offer them anymore now that they are automatically giving everyone 180-day tourist visas.

If you knew you were definitely staying in El Salvador you should have hire a lawyer by the time you got there, now what you’re saying it’s just normal legality, it also applies here in the USA, like you mentioned when the mother or father is born or a citizen of that country he’s or her children are legal citizens as well. Yeah go get that background check and if everything is ok they move forward with your case. Everything will fall into place amiga gringa..

In Ontario you can go to A1 Finger printing services and get it done. I did 3 times, you should get the results in 10-15 days.

It's not really hard as it sounds. They are asking very basic stuff.

The email that you gave me didn’t work, I wish that I could reach out to you. It took us two weeks in Canada to get the rcmp check. You need to do yours through the Canadian embassy in SV now. It needs to get apostilled in Toronto on Jarvis street, our documents are there now and we won’t get them for 3 weeks. We had to get a new marriage certificate, had to be less than a year old, and the two rcmp checks, kids birth certificates and our marriage certificate need to be apostilled. One of our children was born in Quebec and that is another whole process. You need at least 6 weeks to get your documents from Canada, not including mailing them to SV.

Your husband should be more informed and ask for the process, normally you need a lawyer to do the job here in the US. They charge you thousands and wait long time for the same type of case, my sister when we brought them here from El Salv. Waited almost 10 years and a little of paperwork, obviously everything has to be notarized

Si no quiere andar asiento estos trámites son muy tediosos y pues uno no está tan acostumbrado ya que te mandan de venta 1 ala 3 ala 5 ala 7 y en la 7 la mandan ala uno .
Es algo de culturas de cada país y pues es porque la jente dice tercer mundo ! Cuando la jente dice eso es falta de respeto ya que en el país que uno elije mudarse pues hay que respetar (( pero me gusta como toman ustedes esto y a que muchos nacionales que vivieron un par de décadas.cuando se trata de aser trámites quieren tratar de estúpidos a los trabajadores de gob y eso no es así . You have to get “deported” you can literally just go to guárdamela or Honduras for 24 hours and come back across and have passport stamped and you get another 120 days, in case you don’t finish in time 😊

Evidently, Sarah is not Salvadoreña yet since she asked to be excused just by slightly touched someone else's papers on the street.
Now that so many immigrants are coming to El Salvador, maybe the authorities can make the whole process expeditiously and facilitate residency and citizenship.

In El Salvador the legalization process is not as complicated as it seems, however, I was in Canada trying to legalize my situation and my status there and they put a thousand and one 10s and one obstacles in my way. I believe that yours will not cost that much in this country.
