Yeah, sides of red meat like beef(buffalo in this case) are usually hung and aged for some days after slaughter so that the fibers relax and it becomes more tender. Those chunks were still in rigor mortis lmfao
@@MrDjdanieljose The muscle fibers in the meat need time to relax after the animal has been killed and butchered, especially in this case because the animal was in distress before death. In the commercial meat industry animals are usually slaughtered instantly as to avoid having the muscles tense up as much before they die. This results in more tender meat.

@@xqcow9344 bruh. If you had any general knowledge you would know that most disconnected tribes or societies are extremely independent and only speak one dialect. To be fair, the shitty restaurants are on shows like Kitchen Nightmares for a reason. There are countless highly regarded restaurants in the US. Also, if he was served their food in a restaurant setting, I'm sure he wouldn't be so polite as he is here. He wouldn't say "You guys have strong stomachs". He would say "That's fucking disgusting. Looks like someone got sick on my plate".

I mean not really. I don't know where you got the idea that poeple willing to do that are that rare. Yeah, sides of red meat like beef(buffalo in this case) are usually hung and aged for some days after slaughter so that the fibers relax and it becomes more tender. Those chunks were still in rigor mortis lmfao
@@MFGod_Hand But if it was too fresh why those chunks he tasted were still in rigor mortis?
@@MrDjdanieljose The muscle fibers in the meat need time to relax after the animal has been killed and butchered, especially in this case because the animal was in distress before death. In the commercial meat industry animals are usually slaughtered instantly as to avoid having the muscles tense up as much before they die. This results in more tender meat.

Take a very strong drink

Drive the car to a location you don't know, but just ask direction the whole way. Guy tells you to start slowing down, you don't take him seriously and only start spamming the breaks when it is to late. End up scratching it or put a dent in it right at the end. Insult their drink, move on.

you don't need to be western to know English dumbass
I'm not American and did it ever come across your mind that Language is not connected to race? English isn't racist in the fact you need to be Western. It's interesting how you believe in the thousands of years they have been disconnected that no one has ever reached out to them? and spoken English / Taught some.
@@xqcow9344 bruh. If you had any general knowledge you would know that most disconnected tribes or societies are extremely independent and only speak one dialect. Also cambodians don't have the highest literacy rate out there. So considering this is a remote society, people speaking english is very impressive.
It's impressive yes, But rare no. 70% of the world speaks some sort of English meaning even in "remote tribes" like this which clearly aren't remote due to their clothing and other things you guys can't seem to see. It isn't rare for them to know enough English to greet.
