Cool solution?
What Hedgehog Puzzle would you like to see next?
I would like to see you solve the puzzle in the beginning to the right!
Collaboration with standupmaths channel
I'm kinda glazed, so I thought those were really cool Terminator based beer cans, then clicked video and saw it was Mistah Puzzle
I don't care every time is amazing! 😁
How about a lvl 11 out of 10
"There is some oil in here, you can smell it, you can feel it: gives it a nice touch" -Mr.Puzzle 2019
Such a German
Also: I don't want to SCRATCH THE BALL.
Sounds more American to me. 😜
That is the first lesson as one learned in German elementary school, "Never use ball bearings without oil!"!
Second one ist, "Never scratch metall balls, when it's not needed"!
I'm just amazed at how precise that has to be 😱 not to mention how clever the idea is as well. Amazing, this might be my favorite hedgehog puzzle I've seen!
Come to watch a cool puzzle get solved....Leave with a much improved understanding of ball bearings.
I remember watching a family movie (quite dark one) about hedgehog in the cage. Inside this ball was a blueprint for a flying bicycle. It was a good movie!
ruclips.net/video/PKpE_IS1yVc/видео.html I guess it is an original one, no idea if it has subtitles
Never knew this kind of bearing existed. It's beautiful.
They also exist in roller bearing form.
That has to be the most satisfying hedgehog puzzle I've ever seen
Creativity is the key to solving this puzzle.
The puzzle is very brilliant.
I very much enjoy the aesthetics of the puzzle. Love the mechanical / industrial appearance. Cheers
Definitely cool solution. And there's something enticing about that bright red hedgehog.
That’s the very first and ONLY puzzle i have figured out from your videos !!
As soon as i saw that pin rotate i had it.
Ok, i won’t get too excited as it will probably be the last time i solve one . 😂
This puzzle is great, very well designed. Clever use of those bearings.
In the United States we had a TV show in the early 1950's called Howdy Doody. The only part of the theme song I remember is the first two lines. I still remember the tune. Now when I see that you have a new puzzle up I sing the fist two lines of the song... " It's Mr. Puzzleman time, it's Mr Puzzleman time...'. Look up clips from the show so you can hear the tune I sing it to.
Anyway so happy to see you. I was yelling the solution at you!! LOL
😁👍
Crazy production accuracy of the puzzle... Masterpiece
Sometimes I find the look of a puzzle for more interesting than the solution
You’re not only a genius puzzle solver but an engineer too.
..... 6 of one, half dozen of the other..
"you're a great marksman, but also a good sharpshooter."
I guessed the solution as soon as I saw it, but it is very beautiful. Thank you for the info on the bearing.
Looks easy to put it onna bearing and turn the bearing. That's one of the coolest puzzles .
Learning about the puzzle and some ballbearing-technics. This video is one with a bonus!
Nice quick solve Mr. Puzzle! That would have taken me forever.
Reminds me of a cherry in a cocktail. Insanely beautifully engineered!
Definitely the other 4/5.
Or maybe a 2-in-1 video of the 2 "3/5" puzzles!
I really enjoy watching your videos, I love puzzles and brain teasers, i woukd love to see more box puzzles and anchient Chinese puzzles
I'm addicted to this channel!!!
Great to hear! 😁
Beautifully designed puzzle!
So satisfying to watch
Eye-catching puzzle. I'm not always quick with puzzles but I saw the solution straight away with this one.... Collectable.
All the guys who have worked on engines could smell the oil as well. Mr. P 8-)
Hello Mr. 🧩 So good to see you again.
Very elegant solution, love the design
The pins were a dead giveaway. Especially when I saw you rotate the bearings! I honestly thought one of the pins had a spring but a thread is pretty clever.
That was a very satisfying solution. Thanks Mr P!
Oh that's good. Lovely machining too
That is a superb piece of engineering
More puzzles like these!
Awesome! Love all your video’s. The other four R rated would be my vote! Keep on puzzling! Love from U.S.
I usually hate hedgehog type puzzles, but that one is just really cool.
The ball bearings give it a very cool look.
I would be an even harder puzzle if all the spikes rotated, but only on had the thread!
Beautiful puzzle. I could just play with it and be happy!
Slick looking puzzle. I really like it.
what a beautifully made puzzle ,
Beautiful and ingenious
Beautiful puzzle.
Remove the hedgehog “nonviolently” lol
Great puzzle thanks 😁
The puzzle was clever. I foresaw the rotation through the bearing, but not the threaded rod. Neat combination. By making the other rods twist, the puzzle would have been much more difficult (red herrings).
It would have been great if all three could move in some way, especially if one was a lock, and one was a worm gear which moved the third in and out.
*Immediately sprints to phone book*

@@nickpollard1603 It states "Impressum" above the details. An "Impressum" is part of the German law that states everybody publishing (newspaper, books, internet etc. etc.) must place some details about the publisher (name, address to reach them, registration of business etc.) in the book, newspaper, website, etc.. As Mr. Puzzle lives in Germany he has to publish contactdetails including an address. Can imagine he wouldn't use his home-address for this.
It's so satisfying !
The name of the puzzle could be axis due to the answer is to put it in the ball bearing, and then twisted on it's axis? while also each pin would as well be considered an axis.
ALL OF THEM!
It really butters my muffin the way he says “mr puzzle”
Well done high precision items are worth it.
Beautiful pieces...
I’m korean youtuber!! this video is very interesting~~~~
Love it!
Reminds me of a cars CV axle... I thought right away that the loose pin might be threaded....
Mr puzzle: figured out extremely complex puzzles
Me: still tryna figure out what the wife wants to eat
😂
That was an awesome puzzle!
I really like those I can solve in my head beforehand. Mostly I enjoy having a decorative thing that is another thing and most puzzles do that for me. that and really old toys, like my walking horse. just a small nudge to the side and it waddles away from you :P
Maaaan, I'd love to see your puzzle collection. I bet it looks awesome, all set out on a display cabinet or table 😎👍
Are you trying to bait him into showing us or do you not know that he has told us already that his puzzle collection is in chaos . 😂😂
I’m serious. the commenters have been begging him for years to show his collection.
I'm kinda glazed, so I thought those were really cool Terminator based beer cans, then clicked video and saw it was Mistah Puzzle
Completely right! 😁
This is an awesome channel💙💚💛🧡❤️
Everyone in the Czech Republic knows this puzzle, as it was massively popularized by writer Jaroslav Foglar in his Rychlé šípy (Fast Arrows) novels for boys in the 1st half of the 19th century. Every Czech knows this as the "Hedgehod in Cage" :) Just look up "záhada hlavolamu" :)
That is ingenious.
Awesome puzzle
@Mr.Puzzle
The AXIS name is most likely there because you rotate it over the ballbearing center axis when you solve it.
Mr Puzzle: I went crazy trying to read the instructions 2:59. You kept your fingers over the text the entire time... I was yelling at the screen for you to stop that. Agggggh.😱
Maybe an idea to put in another rating? You have a rating of difficulty but maybe enter an extra rating for joy/design of a puzzle? If browsing your shop I can find a lot of, let's say, 3-star puzzles but I won't know which puzzles you really liked or not (otherwise the searching the video's when you solve it). Would be nice if we could easily find out which ones you prefer (and which you do less).
For me, your opinion about puzzles, is really valuable.
Ah, now I know why it's called a hedgehog puzzle, thanks!
very cool puzzle!
Love it 👍
First time I learned Mr Puzzles real name, Hello Christian 👋😀
Hi Paul!
Found his picture on LinkedIn. Christian Ihlo!!! So cool to put a face to a voice from seriously one of the best content creators on RUclips
@@Mr.Puzzle just realized maybe you didn't want your identity outed. Hopefully this is not the case as I would seriously hate to have done anything that may cause you some distress. Your AWESOME. Keep on puzzling!
Now that is my kind of puzzle!!!
I'm at 4:22, I predict that the ball should be place in the bearing then spin the bearing to remove the ball.
How is this a lvl 4 besides the shaft moving on the ball I figured this puzzle out just looking at it
ha das erste mal das ich die lösung schneller wusste >:D
freu mich schon auf die anderen 2
I like the music you choose for your videos
Loved it dad, as usual (but i am bias)
Really cool puzzle :)
I just bought this as my first puzzle. Did it in 5 mins and came on RUclips to check i had the right solution. I thought it was very easy. Bit disappointed as I was hoping for a good challenge
4:17 Well, there are really only three main things to know about hedgehogs, they like to go fast, they like chili dogs and for the love of all that is holy, do *NOT* look up fan made original hedgehog characters on DeviantArt!
...
Oh wait, you weren't talking about Sonic, we're you?
😂
Very good
1. Put the hedgehog in liquid nitrogen.
2. Heat the frame with acetylene torch.
It was very interesting to watch. You have a wonderful channel. Like & Signatures from a new Friend. You are truly talented. Well done
Thanks a lot! Glad you like it! 😊
When I saw you twisting the hedgehog's spike, I was afraid that you were "over-puzzling the puzzle".
That's the thing with these puzzles. How do you know what is OK and what is "over-puzzling"?
same with force. am I pushing too hard or it is intended?
A-LU-MI-NI-UM!
Those types of bearings are meant for applications with a high axial load
"Its all ball bearings...maybe you need a refresher course" - Fletch
Gets out the buzzsaw to get the hedgehog out 😂
Beautiful craftmanship but on your scale I would have figured a 1 or 2 out of 5. I say that cause I saw the solution before you which is a first other than the giraffe puzzle :)
The gift identifies your name. Hello Mister Christian Puzzle!! Hahahaha
Dobrý den z České Republiky 😊
First thought to me is, will the ball (without spikes) fit through the side, if not will the spikeless ball fit through the top?
Hats off to that engg mind who created this.....
I would have figured this one out reasonably easily.... some of the other ones you do, like the excalibur for instance would drive me completely insane.
Oh that's sneaky!
9:04 I knew it..... I had the same hunch around the 5 minute mark.
Nice!
I was expecting a ridiculous price for this puzzle. At £39.99 it's not a bad price.
No comments of him putting that "shaft" between the ball bearings?? 😂
Very cool but I'd rate it a 2/5. The quality of the machining is incredible.
