To be fair i see a lot of people just commenting about this being a playstation and video game giveaway lead to chaos, he wasn’t just giving playstations away, he was giving away pc’s to people for them to get off the streets and do something with their lives instead of just being dead weight in the community. Yes it was out of control and chaotic but it wasn’t planned to be and has nothing to do with him starting a riot because he didnt, the crowd started their own riot.
That’s nice of him but you can’t expect the youth or even adults these days to act appropriately especially giving away free stuff

Intentions don't matter in roit inciting. People are expected to be responsible when gathering a large crowd. Influencers and celebrities usually hire venues, security and staff to manage crowds. He didn't even seek a permit or alert police to the gathering. He was very careless.
