Hell yeah it's worth it. I'm in my 40s, single dad, and I have enough money to waste. I was able to pull off Pro S+ thanks to it, couldn't have done it without it.
Ive just bought the 5 ticket bundle. Can you tell me, if i use all 5 tickets on say hardcore mode then start a new game on pro mode do i get them 5 tickets back or do the upgrades just apply to the difficulty you used them on? Many thanks
Hmm... Not just for Weapon Exclusives but if you buy (in dlc store) and sell (in game) multiple tickets, you can get Rocket Launchers to skip certain places. Like the boulder in the mines, or Verdugo.
I would prefer that they released a unlock everything dlc like they did with the last three games, if they dont then farewell chicago sweeper and cat ears
I appreciate the analysis this offered and the focus on just showcasing the ticket's uses and "limitations," allowing everyone to form their own opinion. I personally ended up getting the "5-pack," and I'm glad, because I barely managed to S+ Professional even with that and the door skip glitch, but I understand why some people may not like these. As long as they don't hold it against those of us desperate enough to get them, I hold nothing against those who don't.
I bought 2 for my S+ pro run. Already had the handcannon and Chicago sweeper unlocked, so I used tickets on both and just focused on upgrading their fire rates/power etc. during the run. Now that I’ve got my S+ I plan to just play through enough times to make the money to fully upgrade everything else the regular way. Honestly, I don’t see them as super cheaty/game breaking. People have lives and unfortunately can’t spend all their time playing a game. Came in handy, and for the asking price per ticket, it’s really not bad
it does cheese the fuck out of S+ pro since you can have an infinite ammo handcannon 10 minutes into the run, but otherwise it's not that bad i guess, still pay to win though
@@enderborn9209 what are you winning though 🤣🤣 nothing... It's a single player game pay to win is like playing call of duty and buying and $30 bundle with pre set attachments for a gun that just got released in the battle pass 🤣🤣
@@enderborn9209 sure it cheeses it, but I’ve also been playing RE4 for like 15 years now, I’ve got more professional runs than I can count 😂 by this point, no shits were given
i did buy the 3-dollar ticket because i just got RE4 on ps5, and before i play the main story i'll jump on Mercenaries to unlock the handcannon... this ticket will allow me to get infinite ammo for this magnum, which will come in very handy in the main story
I bought one to have infinite Chicago sweeper from chapter 2. Easy professional S+ . I don't mind limited saves and difficult enemies but i don't find the time limit fun. I didn't want to spend hours learning how to get to the castle.
I didn't think the time limit is too terrible, but I didn't want to potentially ruin a run doing the side quests for spinels or running out of ammo before unlocking the exclusive ticket. Shaves off that extra time.
@@Roro-5455 Get an A rank on professional. You can do new game plus to unlock it, so you can use your fully upgraded weapons and even the infinite launcher.
time limit is not even bad. With 0 planning and practice I did my S+ run in 4 hours with only 11 saves. This new ticket thing just makes it so that the babies can do it too.
I bought these early on mainly for Professional Mode. I unlocked the Handcannon early through Mercenaries Mode. I was able use the Upgrade Tickets to give my Handcannon Infinite Ammo early on. It was definitely a big help in getting an S Rank on Professional Mode.
It makes Professional S+ a cake walk with the Infinite Chicago Typewriter and the Infinite Handcannon. Don’t use it on Primal Knife though, It’s only 260,000 ptas. to fully upgrade, which is really cheap considering the SG-09 R (Leon’s first handgun) is 304,000 ptas.
Another thing you could note is that the upgrade stamp that is shown on the upgrade screen is silver from the spinel ticket and gold for the paid ticket. So it is easy to tell if a streamer or the like is using a paid ticket this way (given if they were trying to hide it...). The thing that can be more easily hidden is the 80k you can sell each one for.....
IF each ticket sells for 80,000 psetas then maxing out the firepower on the tommy gun an unlock it's infinite ammo at the first merchant, making professional mode much easier, however the tickets may seem a bit pricy
I bought 22 of them and sold all but 3 for $80'000 each which totaled out to roughly 1.5 mil, so it worth it for me. And you keep them with each new play through except for new game plus.
I bought the 5 ticket pack the other day, didn't regret it either since I was on my S+ Professional run. Getting to the castle on chapter 7 was a pain in the ass on hardcore, so getting the chicago sweeper to infinite ammo status on chapter 2 is much better than waiting till chapter 7. Now I know a lot of ppl (mainly those in the trophy/achievement hunting communities) think that these tickets make the game "Pay-to-win" now; but I don't see it that way. 1. Buying these tickets are completely optional 2. The game isn't PvP, it's solely singleplayer, now if it had a PvP element in it, then I can understand that 3. Even with getting the sweeper, primal knife or the handcannon infinite status early, the game is still challenging if you're not careful Bottomline, play how you wanna play, if someone gives you grief that you bought even a single ticket, then that's their problem and not yours.
Even with the gold tickets and getting the sweeper unlimited early, you still have to be fast and know the game well enough to beat it within the 5 1/2 hours.
They are literally a cheat engine for trophy/achievement hunting, its very reasonable for them to not like it and the reason why challenges and achievements in the newer resident evil games are a joke.
I am so sick and tired of this pay-to-win shit in gaming. Any challenge or purpose is removed if you can throw money at it. This is why games like GTA online is the way it is. They know exactly what they’re doing. They fucking know it.
Got one because I know it would definitely cut me at least 8 hours of grind and a very little amount of money is less valuable than 8 hours of my time. Unlock the Handcannon via mercenaries, get this ticket and you have a magnum with infinite bullets by Chapter 2, instead of Chapter 7, and you can get easy Cat Ears. Without it you need to do the merchant quests which is doable but might lose you a lil bit of time which is precious on a S+ run (unless you use door glitches to complete it).
Do you think this is worth buying? I only bought one for this video. They all have lettering such as ABC etc.. but they are all the same in game. NOTE: If you use this in a save and beat it, it will NOT give you another in new game+ You get these tickets at the start of every NEW game/existing save files. Works on any difficulty, even professional. Works with Separate Ways DLC
As long as you can still get the exclusive upgrade without paid tickets it doesn't really matter if you can pay to get them early. If they paywalled the exclusive upgrades then we would have a problem. This isn't bad, it's just people wasting money.
@The Crimson Fucker: Alucard, Lord Ţepeş Exactly. While I'm not a fan of MTs, this doesn't have a huge effect on the games content but rather a little shortcut to max out in-game weapons more quickly. It can still be done through normal play. If people really want to complain about something, how about starting with the deluxe weapons that you can only acquire by paying for them. Where's the outrage for that? You know?.
@John the Tactician It only helps upgrade a weapon to a point. You still have to dump in-game money on upgrading the power of the gun. It isn't giving people a special ability or weapon for buying a ticket. If you bought the deluxe edition, then congrats, you just supported the very thing that everyone is outraged about. The sentinel 9, skull shaker, and the deluxe treasure map help the player tremendously. Those items can only be acquired by buying the DLC unlike the upgrade tickets that you can still earn through the game normally by completing side quests for spinels.
Great video exactly what I needed thank you just started this masterpiece recently and didn't know what the hell these were. But yeah they're worth it since you get to keep them in new saves
So basically it's the same as the silver ticket but you can pay for it instead? I don't see anything wrong with that. I think it was like 30 spindles to get a single ticket anyway. That would take forever to upgrade every weapon.
Hey if i buy lets say for example 3 tickets and use it in game and then start a new game do i still have them avaliable, do they stay forever for my new runs or i need to buy them again from steam?
You keep them forever. So this means you will always have those 3 tickets at the start of every new game. However you wont have them back in ng+ (if you used them)
@@BigSmiggles it's still dumb and stupid and shouldn't exist. sometimes, just the fact they're that greedy is enough NOT to want them in a game. just cause they're "harmless" doesn't mean they're being disgusting.
@lupvirga No they shouldn't exist but why do they exist think about it why waste resources if people are not spending the cash that's the answer vote with your brain not your wallet
i have very limited free time these days and as such i only was able to get the game a day or two ago and frankly i bought the delux version the ticket bundle and mercenaires, unlocked the handcanon, unlocked exclusive on skull shaker, sentinel 9, and HC and sold the remaining tickets for knife upgrades and other expenses so my first run through was hardcore with some pretty decent weapons to start. Hard enough to be fun to play, but not frustrating due to the enemies being ammo sponges and early game barely giving you anything.
I have to say, if you sell something to the merchant, it may show up in the buy-back section. It's the far left section in the buy menu. The ticket may have shown up there.
It’s only useful for an S+ professional run. For anything else you can just use PTAS or spinels to get exclusive upgrades with minimal effort. You can also use an exploit to get unlimited ptas buying first aid sprays in assisted and then selling in professional to make 7000 ptas per spray profit, making the need for dlc tickets redundant (with the exception of the S+ runs).
Seeing as I have done beaten this game 7 times already and only need 1 more trophy for my plat (hardcore s+ rank) plus I am already trying hard but the shit is just too crazy lol the profanity are flying, im pulling my hair out and shit, I feel totally justified in buying some of these to help me out. Plus it'll save me time that I could be using to get work done or spending with my family. Plus I think Capcom did an amazing job with this game so I don't mind giving them a little extra. Here's hoping for a cvx, re outbreak or a re5 remake next
Thanks for the comment, it's nice to see one not talking negatively about the tickets. At the end of the day, it's an optional buy and nothing is forced on anyone. Good luck on finishing your trophy hunting, stress free now hopefully :D
@BladedAxe77 yeah I have one trophy left and I'm about to get it. I beat hardcore with s+ rank and thought it would unlock the standard s+ trophy too but nope, needs 2 separate playthtoughs. This is gonna be my 10th game completion and I'm on the final typewriter before the ending jetski section and I'm gonna wait to earn it on the 28th so it will be on my son's first birthday. Gonna try to match the exact minute too lol and his name is Jack Leon Alexander 🤌
I doubt it's worth buying all of them, but I can see some people getting one of them just for super early infinite ammo, either with the sweeper or the handcannon. Sure it makes the game way too easy, but if we're already doing glitches to skip certain sections for speedruns, this is just one Capcom is making money off of.
i only recently was able to buy the game due to being super busy and personally i just bought the delux version, downloaded mercenaries, and bought the ticket bundle so i start the game with hi damage skull shaker and 5x crit chance sentinel and the infinite ammo handcannon to start with, sold the starting pistol and starting shotgun and the extra tickets and used alot of that to upgrade my knife and such early on so running through the game first time on hard mode felt like a nice little fun exprience bc i had decent weapons from the start and one other gun for skipping the super tanky enemies. Its like yea i COULD kill you normally, but im gonna save that time and resource dump bc i just wanna play through the story, not grind out a battle arena for a half hour
I’m glad you showed this. I just got the cat ears today after spending a month of practicing for professional mode. It wasn’t easy let me tell ya. But it was worth it. I also didn’t mind this in my offline account but god having to skip and exploit the A.i in some areas was a nightmare. And i always seemed to run out of ammo or health items each chapter, it was so infuriating but I refused to give up. Thankfully I did the merchant requests and chapter 7 and after were such a breather since i didn’t have to grit my teeth and keep checking my timer to see how long each fight has lasted. Still didn’t save me from losing healing items each chapter lol Sorry for the rant. Great video P.S: fuck. That. House. Raid. On. Professional! That shit made me sweat and stressed me out lol
personally I don't think its worth buying a ticket with real money, id rather heavily play the game and grind to getting all upgrades or use the silver tickets you can get with spinel because for me it feels like my hard work has payed off.
Not when I was testing. I had a ticket at the start of every new game and every existing save. You shouldn't lose them. They are however a one time use for that specific save only, and after using it they wont appear for the rest of that savefile, including ng+.
I've been on the fence I'm half tempted for my S+ rank professional run since I had so much frustration with the hardcore S+ run (that damn cabin area) so its tempting me but I'm not 100% sure if I should take a stab at professional S+ first without it
Try watching a guide first, I did and it helped me a lot even though I was still worried about some chapters, I'm at the giant rn in my play through and I'm doing pretty good rn just kinda low on heals
Yeah I bought it. It wouldn't be as bad if I wasn't limited on saves but with the 15 limit and no check points on top of needing to beat it at a set time is not fun. Not about to go through 4 chapters without saving only to die and start again
The game disc I bought is R3, so I created an R3 account on PS4, but my original account is R1, can I access those DLC tickets in my R1 account? If not then I'll just play it fair and square.
very useful if you buy it for s+ hardcore go through mercenaries and get the handcannon use the ticket on that for unlimited ammo then sell all your weapons and max upgrade it. The rest is a breeze. Good luck.
Fun Fact Bladed Axe Back in 2004 Defunct magazine Nintendo Power did an exclusive interview with Capcom In that interview Nintendo Power stated that some of the dev team members had Relatives injured during the 1995 sarin subway train attack in Japan by thatvine cult group over there And 2005 was the ten year anniversary of the attack The dev team really wanted some way to get back at that Cult Group and what a better way than a videogame Didn't anyone notice why they wanted people to go all out with the Chicago Typewriter the Matilda the Infinite Rocket Launcher PRL42 and the entire arsenal of weapons Revenge is a dish best served with gunpowder and Flames
Do you get to re use them for any new playthrough not ng+ like say I uses it to S+ hard-core will the ticket be available for a fresh Professional run as well
Honestly, If you own console then maybe it's kinda worth it. HOWEVER, if you play on PC, you can just use cheat engine to get infinite ammo, money, spinel, and tokens (must change the score in the middle of shooting range not after when it's done) and re4 remake trainer to unlock all unlockables. (You don't have to do it though even if you have PC)
I've already bought the 5x tickets but haven't played since then, I have a question about the tickets. Is it say you buy the 5, is 5 per playthrough or just 5 overall? Cause I mean the only real reason to buy them is so you don't have to go through an immensely thought out strategy for S+ on prof and hardcore playthroughs
@@bladedaxe77 HOLY SHIT, SAY LESS. Just got back into the game for the professional playthrough to unlock the handcannon; weirdly enough, if you get the handcannon through mercenaries, that challenge still persists
Oh Hell Yeah it's worth it. I already know the braindead anti-fun perfectionists crowd gonna hate on my comment, but I'm here to speak facts and say what I got to, ain't got no time to worry about the perfectionists, they can ema and hop off for all I give a damn. But, this is worth it. Why? Because it's about preference and personal enjoyment. There is no cheating, or pay to win bullshit. It's all preference and personal enjoyment. You struggling? You just want the cat ears so you can fuck around with em? The Gnados piss you off and you looking for revenge? Well, get these tickets. They don't give you cat ears or Doomguy's BFG, but they'll make your playthroughs much easier. Don't let anyone tell you that what you're doing is wrong or bad. Don't even let them tell you that you're cheating, because you can't cheat in a SP game. There's no competition, no players other than you. It's just you, there's no multiplayer or co-op in this game. Just you. You play how you want, nevermind the anti-fun perfectionist crowd. They're braindead perfectionists who want people to play how they say, how they expect. They think SP video games are jobs. They're not. Gaming is a hobby that we have to have fun and escape the stress in our lives. For the anti-fun perfectionists who take issue with this, firstly, it's not a "coward's way out," it's how people choose to have fun and enjoy SP. It's also not cheating, in case y'all didn't get the memo. YOU CAN'T CHEAT IN A FUCKING SINGLEPLAYER GAME, THERE'S NO COMPETITION, NO ONE TO CHEAT! IT'S A FACT, GET OVER IT SHITHEADS! Buy this folks. This is one of the best microtransactions you'll probably ever see in your life and in gaming. These tickets are one-time purchases. Only need to be bought once. You keep them forever.
The one thing I was curious about is what happens if I use the gold ticket. Then start new game plus. Do you get a new ticket when starting new game plus despite having used it in the previous run through. It was the only thing I can think of you didn't cover
I never bought them. I decided to just get the ones you trade Spinals with from the merchant. I did one playthrough on Professional to unlock the Handcannon without using bonus weapons, and the second playthrough on Professional I was able to get S+ just barely.
Basically it’s for people that aren’t good at the game or don’t have enough skill to to do professional the proper way to get the infinite ammo cat ears so they let you buy your way to success. I did it for free, was stressful but doable.
They’ve been a huge help in Degree difficulty, absolute game changer for me. I got stuck in El Gigante in Degree difficulty when I decided to use two of these and I finally got past him.
The lettering is just because you can't buy that specific one twice in store. Example if you buy A 1X ticket. One ticket will appear in your game. And, if you want to buy a second one, you won't be able to buy A 1X again, but you can buy B 1X or any other letter including the 3x or 5x. This also allows it so you can't have more gold tickets than weapons in game, as there are 23 total weapons and 23 available tickets. Hopefully this makes some sense. Also, once you buy a ticket, it'll then appear on every existing savefile and as well as any new one you start.
@@bladedaxe77 Thank you so much, I understand it a lot more now. Does this mean if I only buy the 5x (A) ticket, it’ll appear on all of my saves? Thank you so much for explaining it, you’re the goat
This would decrease the difficulty in getting s+ on proffesional. I assume it works the same way the DLC exlusive weapons work. Any new save gives you your purchased exclusive tickets.
I hope a "gold edition"(RE5) version comes later, where you buy the game with all DLC and game enhancements being loaded.. no need to buy any DLC and can even play offline. besides , this remake is missing the P.R.L 412 weapon(where the OG have it).
I happened to get the handcannon and ears the day before this was announced. It was extremely difficult and yes these tickets would make it extremely easy you could get infinite sweeper from the start instead of chapter 8
Does anyone know why the tix are labeled A,B,C etc on the steam store? I can't tell if there's a difference in what you can/can not upgrade or if the ticket itself just looks different
So I just found these tickets on ps store. So can you buy many of them and use 1 for each weapon? Can you get them in game? If so, how? And how many can you expect to find, if they are in game? Don’t really want to spend real money if I don’t have to. I usually never buy this type of dlc but only do in games like resident evil, because I love them and am all for making life a bit easier.
So technically, they do exist in game already. They are the silver tickets. You get those later on in the game and they cost 30 spinels. Spinels are easy to get, especially in New Game Plus. You can buy an infinite amount of these to max out all weapons. But, if you buy the gold ticket, they will all (depending on how many you buy) appear in your treasure inventory instantly next time you load the game. The gold ticket is the same as the silver ticket. Unlike the silver ones, these you have at the start of every current save and new save you make in the future. Both ticket types can only be used once. Its really up to you if you want the gold tickets, lots of people bought them however to help out in professional S+ runs for cat ears and such.
@@bladedaxe77 thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I’m a little confused by your explanation. Thanks tho. My brother bought this game ages ago. I’ll show him your message and get him to try and explain what you wrote. I just bought the game on Amazon, going to buy the story dlc sit looks bloody great. 3 hours odd long and only costs £7.99. I held off from buying this game until now, because the psvr2 update will be live on Friday. I played village in psvr2 and while I often got horrendous motion sickness that almost made me questioning my mental sanity , it was an incredible experience. Yes I have motion sickness plus other faults of psvr2 poor image Mura reprojection etc BUT that feeling of being in the world is incredible and when zombie mutant beasts are running at you, it feels like they genuinely on you and it’s thrilling. Even tho village wasn’t too scary and they even admitted that they didn’t want it too scary, to not turn fans away through being too scared, in vr, it genuinely was quite scary and actually aiming ya weapon at enemy like in real life and blow head off, is great and oh my fucking god. I get to dolls house in resident evil village, I complete puzzle and start to leave. Everyone has gone dark and as I’m walking down hallway with NO weapon, this freaky mutant baby creature creeped around the corner and chased me. I was absolutely shutting myself. You have to turn around, run around table, run past him and make a get away. You run in a bedroom and quickly hide under bed, monster baby follows and as he goes past you, ya gotta just run for it. Oh man I can’t wIt til Friday. I’ve not played my psvr2 in over half a year due to motion sickness, heat of summer and psvr2 playing up with tracking. So I’m really hoping it’s going to work on Friday and I need to start working on my motion sickness 😁
Wait so do I need to keep buying the tickets or can I use em infinitely like if I used em then restarted the game Would they still be there or do I gotta buy more
So worth it I mean they worth 80k but if you'd already unlocked the hand cannon you can upgrade using a ticket then the weapons price becomes 175k the more tickets you have you can keep spamming this get rich fast trick and I find it so much more amusing to have a fully upgraded arsenal as your starting off the 2nd chapter
Do NOT use it in normal playthroughs it will absolutely ruin the sense of progression (aka fun). But it's worth it in a second playthrough if you're trying to get S+.

So if use it on a playthrough then do a new game i can still use it again right ? It's mine anytime i start a new game right ? And trophies are still obtainable ??
Yes, any fresh playthrough you start you will always have the ones you bought. Just note though it won't do that for new game + As far as account sharing goes I'm not too sure but if it's anything like xbox where the owner of the game and dlc is signed in then maybe.
The fact that these are completely optional allowing ppl who don't get much time to play is awesome. I only get to play on the weekends, but still decided against buying these. I like having to resource manage🤷🏻♂️
Is there an achievement for finishing the game on S+ rating? Especially on higher difficulty? If there is, then its pretty much like buying an achievement/trophies I think they should change the mechanic of the game on how it accepts the S+ rating to give the achievement like it can record and read the save file the moment it uses a ticket on that run then that save data would never get an achievement for S+ rating

How you unlock the Chicago sweeper?
Its worth it.
I bought one, and it was available in every NG and NG+ I start regardless of difficulty. Its not use once and gone.
This was VERY helpful to me during my speedrun for S+ rank. So I would say yes.
1. Buying these tickets are completely optional
2. The game isn't PvP, it's solely singleplayer, now if it had a PvP element in it, then I can understand that
3. Even with getting the sweeper, primal knife or the handcannon infinite status early, the game is still challenging if you're not careful
Bottomline, play how you wanna play, if someone gives you grief that you bought even a single ticket, then that's their problem and not yours.
Even with the gold tickets and getting the sweeper unlimited early, you still have to be fast and know the game well enough to beat it within the 5 1/2 hours.
how to get a chicago sweeper?
@@gustingurahyogaasmara6970you have to beat the game on hard mode for the sweeper
@@johnathanross6519 yeah but now you don't waste time on doing missions
Liked the video. It’s good that you explored every little mechanic and process of how it would or wouldn’t work 👍
Thanks!
Do you think this is worth buying?
I only bought one for this video. They all have lettering such as ABC etc.. but they are all the same in game.
NOTE:
If you use this in a save and beat it, it will NOT give you another in new game+
You get these tickets at the start of every NEW game/existing save files.
You know?.
Worth of buying for fastest trophies..all people do not have time to concentrate and practice to complete only game...times matter..
This is paying for cheat codes
@John the Tactician It only helps upgrade a weapon to a point. You still have to dump in-game money on upgrading the power of the gun. It isn't giving people a special ability or weapon for buying a ticket. If you bought the deluxe edition, then congrats, you just supported the very thing that everyone is outraged about. The sentinel 9, skull shaker, and the deluxe treasure map help the player tremendously. Those items can only be acquired by buying the DLC unlike the upgrade tickets that you can still earn through the game normally by completing side quests for spinels.
thanks for showing this, very detailed and nice explanation
HOLY SHIT THE "GOING HUNTING ELEPHANT"DIALOGUE IS IN THE GAME
I was surprised too when I heard that lol
Great video exactly what I needed thank you just started this masterpiece recently and didn't know what the hell these were. But yeah they're worth it since you get to keep them in new saves
Detailed, unbiased Infomation.
👍⭐👍⭐👍⭐👍⭐👍⭐👍
It is if you want to have a great user experience with limited time to play. I fit in that group.
Excellent video, short sweet, but fully explained every aspect. Thank you!
Thank you!
However you wont have them back in ng+ (if you used them)
Thanks for explaining how they work and not goin “micro transactions bad”.
Truthfully it's harmless it affects no one so the controversy is stupid

Good to have the option though I will be doing my Professional S+ run and getting the exclusive upgrade ticket on chapter 7.
If you’re on PC just mod to get tickets. On console it’s probably very helpful.
I have to say, if you sell something to the merchant, it may show up in the buy-back section. It's the far left section in the buy menu. The ticket may have shown up there.
I checked it off camera and it wasn't there, just forgot to put that clip in. So, this means once you sell it, it's gone for good.
@@bladedaxe77 That sucks that you can't get it back, also thanks for the reply to clear up the blank. Keep up the good work!
@@ImJustADude974 sure thing, and thanks!
@@lordazrielxiii7731 that sounds awesome! Hope it all goes to plan, and happy early birthday to your son ^.^🎉🎂
Its like yea i COULD kill you normally, but im gonna save that time and resource dump bc i just wanna play through the story, not grind out a battle arena for a half hour
i think its overshadowing an amazing game.
already not a fan of weapons being dlc instead of purely cosmetics
I’m glad you showed this.
I just got the cat ears today after spending a month of practicing for professional mode. It wasn’t easy let me tell ya. But it was worth it. I also didn’t mind this in my offline account but god having to skip and exploit the A.i in some areas was a nightmare. And i always seemed to run out of ammo or health items each chapter, it was so infuriating but I refused to give up. Thankfully I did the merchant requests and chapter 7 and after were such a breather since i didn’t have to grit my teeth and keep checking my timer to see how long each fight has lasted.
Still didn’t save me from losing healing items each chapter lol
Sorry for the rant. Great video
P.S: fuck. That. House. Raid. On. Professional! That shit made me sweat and stressed me out lol
Worth is for the s+ trophy in professional. No regrets
What are the best weapons to upgrade with these tickets?
Up to you and how you want to play, but probably handcannon and Chicago Sweeper for infinite ammo
personally I don't think its worth buying a ticket with real money, id rather heavily play the game and grind to getting all upgrades or use the silver tickets you can get with spinel because for me it feels like my hard work has payed off.
Once you buy a ticket I notice, no matter how many fresh new game make. You’ll have how many you purchase from the store every time.
Not when I was testing. I had a ticket at the start of every new game and every existing save. You shouldn't lose them. They are however a one time use for that specific save only, and after using it they wont appear for the rest of that savefile, including ng+.
Did mercenaries, got the Handcannon, got the ticket unlimited ammo currently chapter 4, maxed out Handcannon having a blast. Pun intended.
Depends how you get enjoyment out of the game.
It was worth it for me because I hate the time limit.
Yeah I bought it.
It wouldn't be as bad if I wasn't limited on saves but with the 15 limit and no check points on top of needing to beat it at a set time is not fun.
Not about to go through 4 chapters without saving only to die and start again
This is very helpful thank you very much!!
You're welcome!
MAYBE 1 for a professional run to get the cay ears after you unlock the Chicago sweeper or handcannon
Mad my NG Pro S+ run a breeze honestly. I was able to use both C. Sweeper and H. Cannon.
Thank you. This was very helpful.
Sure thing
so it means you have it in every new game even if you already used it in an existing save file?
Correct
Which one is it? A B C D E F? And which one shall I buy for unlimited amo?
The game disc I bought is R3, so I created an R3 account on PS4, but my original account is R1, can I access those DLC tickets in my R1 account? If not then I'll just play it fair and square.
I'm sorry I dont know as I dont have a PlayStation.
@@bladedaxe77 Can you use the tickets right away on any difficulty?
@@gelothegogang Yes you can. As soon as you get to Chapter 2 and meet the merchant for the first time
very useful if you buy it for s+ hardcore go through mercenaries and get the handcannon use the ticket on that for unlimited ammo then sell all your weapons and max upgrade it. The rest is a breeze. Good luck.
I think it can be used for chicago sweeper infinite ammo for s+ profesional for cat ear run .
Fun Fact Bladed Axe
Back in 2004 Defunct magazine Nintendo Power did an exclusive interview with Capcom
In that interview Nintendo Power stated that some of the dev team members had Relatives injured during the 1995 sarin subway train attack in Japan by thatvine cult group over there
And 2005 was the ten year anniversary of the attack
The dev team really wanted some way to get back at that Cult Group and what a better way than a videogame
Didn't anyone notice why they wanted people to go all out with the Chicago Typewriter the Matilda the Infinite Rocket Launcher PRL42 and the entire arsenal of weapons
Revenge is a dish best served with gunpowder and Flames
Just a question, you can use it only one time or you can use it every new run
And last thing to test is can you use it in New Game+ if you used it in previous playthrough.
I just tested this, and no. Once you use it on that specific savefile, you can't get it back no matter what.
I had 11 tickets and work with every new game everytime you start you still had the tickets
Correct
Do you get to re use them for any new playthrough not ng+ like say I uses it to S+ hard-core will the ticket be available for a fresh Professional run as well
Yes
I am having a good time after buying triple exc tickets for my s+ run
it's very helpful on pro walkthough for new game, very powerful gunfire power after meeting the merchant
Since you bought 5, you will have 5 in every existing savefile and always have 5 at the start of every new game
Yeah so I just tested this around an hour ago, no it does not come back. Once you use it for that specific savefile, it's used for good.
@BladedAxe77 thanks, that's good to know. The way it's worded in the store makes it sound like it would come back
just play the game to easy up to pro. do every challenges! no need to buy a ticket
I’m 4 weapons away from upgrading all of the weapons and I haven’t bought a single ticket
They’ve been a huge help in Degree difficulty, absolute game changer for me. I got stuck in El Gigante in Degree difficulty when I decided to use two of these and I finally got past him.
what i'm confused about is the lettering ABC, do they mean if you buy A, it's for savefile A? or does it go to all saves? can you only use it once?
@@stainedcrimes No problem! And, yes if you buy the 5x ticket pack, all 5 of them should appear on every existing savefile/new ones.
@@bladedaxe77 Thank you so much once again! I completely understand it now, will forward the message to other friends who plan to play the game!
It helped me cheese the infinite rpg a little step of hope lol
O, i still having the ticket in a new game (like must do). That is good.
I happened to get the handcannon and ears the day before this was announced. It was extremely difficult and yes these tickets would make it extremely easy you could get infinite sweeper from the start instead of chapter 8
Thanks you for the tutorial
Does anyone know why the tix are labeled A,B,C etc on the steam store? I can't tell if there's a difference in what you can/can not upgrade or if the ticket itself just looks different
No difference, they are all the same. They work like silver tickets

Great work, do they copy to each new play through and share between two accounts on one ps5? Really appreciate your time on this.
Yes, any fresh playthrough you start you will always have the ones you bought. Just note though it won't do that for new game +
As far as account sharing goes I'm not too sure but if it's anything like xbox where the owner of the game and dlc is signed in then maybe.
The fact that these are completely optional allowing ppl who don't get much time to play is awesome. I only get to play on the weekends, but still decided against buying these. I like having to resource manage🤷🏻♂️
Is there an achievement for finishing the game on S+ rating?
Especially on higher difficulty?
If there is, then its pretty much like buying an achievement/trophies
I think they should change the mechanic of the game on how it accepts the S+ rating to give the achievement like it can record and read the save file the moment it uses a ticket on that run then that save data would never get an achievement for S+ rating
Yes, this is why platinuns in any newer resident evil game despite 7 are worthless.
