I really think Evelyn did a good because she did not 1, not 2 but 3 looks with Grace's hair: the bantu knot with the extra laid edges lol (Grace's face when Evelyn used gel on her edges...priceless 😂), the bantu knots with the scarf to sleep, very retro chic. And last but not least, the bantu knot out. It looked a bit crazy with the different curl patterns but not necessarily unrealistic for a curly girl who has not found the right regimen and haircut to blend her different curl patterns.

I found this channel on accident... I did not know it was a thing for people to have different types of hair texture on one head. I thought was just a me thing because my hair sucks. OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THIS PROBLEM???
@BSquared omg... I can't even tell you how blown away I am. My hair is this ridiculous frizzy mess of waves and straight parts. I usually just put it up in a bun or ponytail. (I can't cut it short because I need the weight to control some of the 'lateral expansion,' as it were.)

Grace reminds of Kristen Stewart😂 Her personality grew on me and now I like her lol. The shade she threw about being able to feel her scalp easily was funny to be because it's a struggle to feel mine when I wash it lol. The bantu knot out didn't turn out too bad. I've had white people ask me how I get my hair curly and bantu knots are a foreign concept to them because I tried explaining it them 4 different times and they couldn't grasp it😂

Honestly what Evelyn said at first is soooooo true everyone thinks that wavy hair is so "easy" because its looser and you don't need as much product as curly girls BUT to those people that think that YOU HAVE NO IDEA how HARD it is to keep your WAVY HAIR WAVY, myself as a wavy girl has to scrunch my hair everyday and if i have 2nd or 3rd or even 4th day hair if i try to "refreshen" my hair and put too much product in my hair, my hair WILL be literally STRAIGHT until I wash my hair AGAIN, so this a lesson to all of you who think wavy hair is "easy" you cannot say anything about wavy hair unless you have it and same thing with curly hair and straight hair.

It's the same for me. I have wavy and some parts curly hair, it's very fine too. I have to very careful on the amount of product I use, otherwise it will fall. And no, our hair it's not straight, if you try to brush it it puffs

I have 2b/2c(/3a) hair - although a LOT coarser than Grace's - and I LOVE Bantu knot-outs! I do them on dry hair, though, after my wash-n-go has gone a few days and gotten too frizzy/flat. I put in lots of leave-in and a bit of a liquidy hold product like Curlkeeper, do the knots while I'm watching TV, and sleep in them. The result is always super cute and bouncy. (I thought Grace's hair looked great, too!) I do them on wet hair because I have very thick hair and I'm pretty sure they'd never dry.
U 2 together are a mess I'm dying 🤣🤣🤣 I actually like it. If the bantus where more uniformed, would have made it so bomb great video!!!
