I just finished "winging it" 😅 with garlic powder, ginger powder, sesame oil, chinese 5 spice, chicken powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, acv....marinated for several hours....added beaten egg, corn starch/flour until creamy batter-like coating. Deep fried for 15 minutes or longer until they floated. So good.
